I've seen this first hand at work with two guys and a girl.

Both were extrovert, but one pursued the girl like a Romeo and always being sweet for 7 months.

Other one was new hire and he wasn't afraid to tease and make fun of her. This guy started 1 month before the work party .

She ended up leaving with the second guy and whole work place saw first guy in tears.

Don't keep entertaining a connection if there is no eros. She shouldn't have the possibility to "make you wait", that means she has all the power in the relationship.
Well if you want to be the exception, you need to be exceptional. Not in the way you look and dress (that's nowhere near as important as people think) but in the quality of experience you make her go through. If you're present, spontaneous, exciting to be with, while also creating safety and depth, women will want to experiment with you. Rules are created from the mind, but if you activate the body (so excitement, emotions, desires...) rules will bend. If you stay in the mind (conversations, being interesting, finding common interests), mind is king.

This has nothing to do with game, the girl simply is not attracted to the first guy.

Lot of guys need to learn when to cut their losses short and move on and not waste time on girls that aren’t receptive to you.

There's zero rules and games for guys a woman is overtly sexually attracted to. Women will categorize guys similar to men with relationship or one night stand. The most common trait separating the two is dominance. A man with very dominant traits will be the one who can take a woman home who usually has all these rules and hoops to jump through.

Literally saw this unfold last night.

My 2 friends that considered very attractive was talking to this girl that they actually both hooked up with (unknowingly). Which they made many jokes about throughout the night in front of her.

Regardless tho she stay and in the middle of the conversation this guy that tried hitting on her and was for the whole night came up to her mad she wasn’t giving him attention or liked him. She told us that he just came up to her and said she was pretty and was annoying.

Point is being a asshole helps , but I seen being a nice guy also work just don’t be boring

Be sexual, teasing, push and escalate often. The thing is that you can always back off and apologize if she doesn't like it. Backing off shows you're not a threat, you won't rape her, which makes her appreciate you. You prevent that by playing the part of someone who moves quickly. All this waiting nonsense done by the first guy is a wasted effort, because he's not getting her invested enough to want to seal the deal with him. At least if he's showing intent and additionally following through with escalation, there is no guarantee but he will know his answer then and there.

The guys that have success hit some bottom threshold of a woman's attraction, be it a combination of looks/personality/status/action. It's different for every girl, and any of those attributes can weigh more than the others. The result of those factors is a perception the woman's attraction to you, which can be categorized as Yes/No/Maybe and can be further divided into short term/long term. The most successful guys typically take action and more importantly focus on the "Yes" + short term girls. Based on the scenario you described, the girl's attraction to the first guy was probably a "Maybe" + long term or a "Yes" + long term but he didn't take action and escalate fast enough. If he tried like the second guy, we don't really know if she was "Yes" + short term but its something that's worth trying over waiting.

The character traits and their expressions for * relationships * triggering of desire

... are separate and not always overlapping.

Ideally if you want a girlfriend then you want to have the character traits that women find attractive for relationships.

But men can have those traits without having or expressing the traits that trigger desire.

If you want to trigger desire more often in more women then you need to cultivate the traits that can make this happen.

This is learnable.

Cultivating these traits also happens to make relationships more likely to happen, because in our culture sex is the common pathway to relationships.
