So here's how mine went:

Came back from the hookah bar and saw a cute girl walking a dog. The dog was pulling really hard and taking her everywhere so I said to her 'seems like the dog is taking you out for a walk, huh?' She laughed said 'yea' and we got to talking. Asked if I could have her number so I could take her out for a drink. Told her she looked cute and seemed like a nice person. She was like 'why not?' That was yesterday and I'll text her in a bit.

OK so there's this super cute girl I first saw 2 days ago in class and thought "damn shes gorgeous" and then yesterday I saw her again at a club and almost couldn't stop staring. I was going to approach her but an emergency came up so I had to leave early BUT I promise you all that I'll approach her tomorrow (no classes today)! Will post results here regardless.

PS: this will be my first ever approach and I'm an ugly af so any tips or tricks would sooo help!

Alright so I met a cute girl in class today (First day). We were talking during class and I was helping her out. We were also talking after class. We had a really good conversation going on after class so I tried to ask her on a insta date. She replied with "Am I really hungry right now?" and then we got distracted so she didn't really give me a clear answer. So I asked her again if it's a yes or no and she said she wasn't really hungry and that she will see me again Monday because that's when we have class together again (she already had Tim Hortons in her hand anyways) then we went our separate ways but I asked anyways cause why not. Did I mess up? Or how should I approach her next class so things aren't awkward? (Btw I'm new to all of this, first approach ever)

Approach is not problem. Problem is sucessfull one that turns into convo. You can have dozens of aproaches every day and even make manner to do it. But if most of them ends as soon as they start - then surely problem is different.

I approached 8 women, and failed on them all. 6 online, 2 in real life. My fault, it seems, is my inability to grab attention quickly, and keep an awkward conversation going. I am also not good at using language to present what I want, but more importantly, to ask what she wants - to discuss what potential there is.

So today was my first day of class and my Precalc professor gave us a take home quiz and after class I asked this cute girl that sat diagonally from me and made eye contact with me from time to time if she wanted to work on it together before it's due next Wednesday. She said she's kind of funny about doing work with other people so she'd think about it. I said that was cool but I still asked her for her number which she gave to me and am gonna wait a day or two before I text her about it. Had no prior knowledge of her at all totally cold opener just asking her for her name and giving a handshake while I introduced myself. Feels great. Thanks OP. :)

Sent the message and I got a vague response. Maybe I wasn't direct enough when I asked, so I said again, but just us. She said yeah and now I'm waiting on a response to see if she can make Friday.

I don't know how to say this without sounding like the most pathetic person you'll ever meet, so lets just dive in. I like this post, but how does it make me accountable to anyone? No offense, but I don't know or care about you, so if I'm too far gone to do it for myself to do it for me, I sure as hell couldn't do it because of you. It's just a matter of tricking myself into thinking one way, to make me think I'm jeld accountable by someone else, but if I could do that, then I wouldn't have any problem psyching myself up to go out and talk to people.
