It’s fine if you want a boost wearing this to a club or on a date, just don’t over-do it or a girl will feel pretty deceived if you’re 4 inches shorter when you’re barefoot in her room…

Then again if you get to that point then there’s a 99% chance that you’re fucking her anyways.

So fuck it, go for it. Some dudes will say not to but what I find is that a lot of guys do it, they just don’t talk about & the only guys bothered by it are other taller men, so fuck their opinions.

Insoles are overkill. Just wear shoes that make you a bit taller because they naturally have some height to them.

The average chick is 5'4 so if you're taller than that, there's no need for insoles. If she values height above everything else you could possibly offer, she's shallow and not worth the effort.

You can be 20 inches taller, it doesn't make you a 'leader'; it doesn't make you have any of the appealing social traits, it doesn't make you even slightly better at being able to manage a situation.

You have to actively engage with the girl at some point so either you back up the traits that being 'taller' could imply or you diminish that implication anyway.

Think it’s not a big deal, unless it’s over 3 or 4 inches. The majority of women use makeup which can drastically alter their face. It doesn’t have to be a massively insecure action; it can give one a little shallow boost and doesn’t necessarily point to a deep self loathing or limiting belief.

The stigma against elevator shoes is mostly a Western thing as it feeds into the hierarchy structure of the social pyramid: tall guys don’t want the competition and women don’t want to dilute the pool of dating partners. In Asia, it’s super common.

The irony is a LOT of male shoes have built in soles to give height boost, but no one talks about it. Yeezy’s for example and a ton of basketball style shoes give on average 2-3 inches of height. Oh, did you think they were that tall naturally?

And the idea that it will matter more when you take off your shoes at home with her is a bunch of bull. That’s just something they say with no experience, passing it off as some old wives tale warning like a bunch of gossiping teenage girls.

Like thicker soled boots, lifted insoles are a decent substitute for limb-lengthening, and not nearly as pricey or time-consuming. The trade-off is it's not a permanent solution and unless you consciously try to avoid them, you will inevitably find yourself in situations without shoes on.

If you're using them strictly for work-related purposes however, you'll be just fine.

Bought some. Both the insoles and my feet would not fit in my shoes at the same time.

I have a lot of shoes. I wasn't about to buy another pair of each pair a size up just to accommodate the insoles. And I don't have to wear just one pair of shoes all the time, because I like shoes that complement my outfit.

So, the insoles were a waste of time and money.

The height thing is bollocks. All the guys I knew who were really good with women were 5'6. Being short or bald is not the handicap other people would let you believe.

I'm the latter I am tall 6'5 but lost my hair when I was really young.

Agonised over it so much it stopped me getting girls. That is until a girl said I should shave it because I would look sexy. That context switch was enough to make me realise I am enough.

Will wear occasionally. I am 5'11 with bad posture. Helps my posture and puts me over 6". Never would do above 1inch.
