I'm 34M. I finished all of my education a year ago. I'm a fully licensed attending physician living in a large Midwestern city. When I was in school/residency, it wasn't hard to meet attractive women, they seemed like they were everywhere. Now that I'm out of school and working. All my social connections are much older than me and in a different phase of life. I don't have problems closing when I do meet someone, but I feel like all the attractive women are harder to find now.

For a long term partner I would want someone on my education level.

Clubs are fun and fine, but my game doesn't really thrive in those settings. Online dating as we all know is a numbers game and my matches generally aren't what I'm looking for. And I've never really felt the need to cold approach because my social circle game was great.

Any guys out there in a similar situation? What did you do? Should I bite the bullet and learn to cold approach? Are there groves of attractive educated women I'm not aware of?
