Went to take a shit and threw my back out. Massages were a great thing while dealing with divorce bs.

Lack of appetite. Kids are worried about me. But I eat something small every morning and one meal in the late afternoon.

Lost 7 pounds in about a week and a half. Lots more to lose, but I'm liking where it's going.

I went from 196 lbs to 155lbs in about 45 days after finding out my ex wife was cheating. I’m 6ft tall for reference. Took months of therapy and a long time to heal but now I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. And dating someone that is more compatible with me than anyone else including my ex ever was. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Just keep pushing.

Constant headaches, early December I had an ACL surgery and healing is taking long my physiotherapist had to add a couple more months to my sessions as I've been missing personal home workouts. Wife began going out with another dude, claiming she's polygam and can't go on with this monogamous relationship(marriage) For a couple of weeks I haven't been sleeping well, I'm alone in a foreign country, the previous project I worked on hasn't paid me for a couple of months...

If you watch John Griffin's youtube videos, I'm the recent ACL guy in one of his previous videos. I'm really in a bad place anf I'm working had to get myself out of this shit.

Wife has borderline personality disorder and is gifted at getting under my skin. She knows how to trigger me and I’ve experienced derealization episodes as a result. I know the signs of this coming on so I’m better equipped but this is still a very real threat after decades of mistreatment by her.

Within 45 days of separation I was peeing blood. One CT later and a very unpleasant scope experience, no cancer or anything horrible but still a very bad experience. I’m sure it was related to overall stress and trauma

Developed a heart arrhythmia AFIB the last couple years of our marriage before I ended up leaving her and filing for divorce. Ended up having a surgery a few months ago.

I was so stressed out in that marriage. Litigation has been very high conflict of life has gotten better.

To all…There are so many non addictive meds for sleep. Talk to your doctor. I’m not a bot. I use hydroxyzine and L-theanine. Great sleep and only a coffee or two in the morning.

They say stress is the silent killer. Here is what worked for me:

Settle your case ASAP.
- The leeches (Judges, Lawyers, Therapists, Legal system will want to bleed you dry by leveraging your kids against you) The system gets paid by you fighting for you children.
Find a hobby.
Focus on your career/start a side hustle/Make more money.
Hit the gym daily.
Stay away from SINGLE moms at ALL costs and anyone who claims their ex was abusive. Do NOT raise another man’s child. You may end up being on the hook financially (Child support) for their kid if you leave.
Travel once a year.
Read books like No More Mr. nice guy or “The Rational Male by Rollo Tomassi”
Open up the New Testament and start reading daily + listen to Charles Stanley on YouTube.

Learn to forgive your ex. This will set you emotionally and mentally free so you can begin enjoying life once again

I haven’t had a good night’s sleep since the ex left me. I toss and turn and I feel like I’m half awake all night long. I don’t think I get more than 3 hours of sleep a night.

I was unable to sleep for about two months when it all first hit- it passed though. Apart from a few more grey hairs that might've popped out anyway, my health (especially mental) has greatly improved.

All since my divorce, I have been diagnosed Bipolar (this was the bullet my wife used against me to get all the control early), major depression disorder, severe anxiety disorder, and PTSD.

The isolating and sedative lifestyle hasn’t quite caught up with me yet. But it will.
