There was a dude like that in my town, I live an hour from where I grew up. Anyway, he exposed himself to a woman in a parking lot and was arrested. I recognized the name, turns out I went to school with his mom, she’d been a good friend in elementary school.

Fast forward two years, and he’s arrested for murder. Turns out he’d been stalking an ex, and he murdered her and dumped her body in a field. Then, videos are found on his cell - he’d been filming female joggers at the local park and clearly stalking some. There’s even suspicion that he’s responsible for another missing female near here.

There’s some real depravity involved when you feel the compulsion to expose yourself or masturbate in public - a deeper darkness.
