All your awkwardness, lack of fineness, weird intonation etc can be dismissed as cultural difference and language barrier. So far I’ve dated only one woman from my native country (and in retrospect I’d say she’s probably more or less on the spectrum too). After moving and settling abroad I’ve had much more success in dating. The ideal case is when none of you speak each other’s mother tongue and you both have to use English as a second language. Watch YouTube videos of people speaking foreign languages and you can see they all appear more nervous and less natural.
