I've always been pro-choice when it comes to abortion, but it sickens me that men get absolutely no say whatsoever as to whether she can kill the child or not! I understand the "It's our body!" argument but you know what, that kid is just as much mine as it is yours and I want to keep it.

Men should have the right to have influence in this matter and abortion should be at the combined consent of both mother and father. I also think that abortion should not be done without a valid reason.

What is your opinion on this matter and if you agree how should we go about doing it. I'd also like a female perspective on this if possible.

EDIT: Thanks for the insightful response. You guys have changed my perspective entirely, you're absolutely right. After all, a fetus is certainly not a child. Before birth men should have the right to renounce any financial responsibility as a father to the child, however would this not hang heavy on someones conscience? I mean there's another kid out there who's father has abandoned them. I guess that's the way it is though.
