Even on the original post, the first comment was supportive and every other top level comment was just telling him "yeah that's actually just toxic masculinity". Like that's supposed to help or make him feel better? What use is that type of comment?

See I saw the post and I didn’t even pick up on it that that whole post was exactly what they frame as Toxic Masculinity, that they claim is the cause of men not speaking out. I hate the word because it makes it sound like it’s men’s fault when we can clearly see here that it is feminists who are doing it.

The number of people commenting “that’s the definition of toxic masculinity” is sickening. They failed to see the point of the post. This BOY was crying out for help and to be heard snd they step in with their dictionaries. What the actual fuck. Who cares if that’s the definition of it. And if they want to quit having the debate around what is and isn’t toxic masculinity or it not being about “all men are bad” then change the fucking name. Call it what it is. Societally sanctioned and accepted misandry. At least that would be more in line with its original definition.
