remove all federal funding for these child support enforcement and support programs because the individual states use this for more money. MO is full of small towns of farmers (and when I say small, I mean there are towns with populations smaller than 100), and he made a promise to deliver the vaccine to said small towns often neglected in politics (which I can actually understand and even support) but how he did it makes me pull my hair out. He would send 2000 vaccines to a town with <400 people in it, and the pharmacies would make announcements begging people to come get the vaccines because they didn't have the space to keep them and they'd only be good for a day or two. The cities in MO were basically left to fend for themselves, or drive 2-5 hours to get a vaccine.
