First, u/FaeVandal mentioned that the picture looks distorted. Notice how clean that bathroom is? That's right, that is a public restroom - and not a hotel guest room (see the chrome soap dispenser; hotel rooms get small individual bars of soap). The mirror is offset from the wall with the lights behind it. At the right of her hip, is the toilet paper dispenser reflected in the mirror. The room is too "off-white" to be a person bathroom. Therefore: public restroom at a hotel or semi-nice venue. I can't figure out the item below the erased Cashapp, but I bet it's a clue. Anyone else?

Edit: As a couple others pointed out, I am wrong about this being a public restroom. The chrome item is a facet, not a soap dispenser. I and many others believe this is an individual bathroom - maybe in a hotel guest room. I'll try to be less rushed to post a comment in the middle of the night. :(

As for the visibly stretched gut (called out by u/Revenge_best_served), I'm guessing that is about 2-weeks post delivery. Therefore, I believe her when she says she has only one son.
