Look it’s easy to point the fingers especially when you start diving into certain toolboxes/ideologies/advice bags/etc. You have the comfort of being told everything is someone else’s fault, that you are blameless, that the world is wrong not you. Of course it feels good hearing that, no one wants to be the problem when something like a relationship ends badly or ends at all. However, recognizing when you are the problem is probably one of the biggest and most uncomfortable thing you can acknowledge about yourself. It’s not easy to do, I’ll be honest it sucks when you look back at a past relationship and you realize you weren’t completely blameless. This is a step that must be taken, whether you like it or not, men or women it doesn’t matter. You have to reflect on those mistakes and learn from them, but can we learn from them?
