It’s good to see a woman MAY be held responsible for falsely accusing a man but sadly that’s not typically the case. Only time will tell whether she is actually held responsible or not.

Unless I have forgotten how to read or, at the end of the article is the meat. She didn't just have an STD. She is HIV+ and will someday probably get AIDS. It is a felony in Michigan to have sex if you're HIV+ without letting someone else know. It seems two guys had sex with her that night. It could be a death sentence.

Lesson: Be careful and wrap it up. Some women will not tell you they are HIV+. HIV is very transmissible by heterosexual sex and most people in the world get it that way.

I would love to be a judge that handled all the rape cases in America. I'd want proof, not the woman's words and tears. PHYSICAL AND MEDICAL EVIDENCE from a doctor is needed. No trial can be held without EVIDENCE, let alone get a conviction.

Foreign DNA remains on the (living) human body for no longer than a month. As the epidermis skin cells on the top layer shed off, the layers below it push up from above the dermis, and also shed off in time. At any given moment, the lowest layer of epidermal cells will eventually shed off in a period of 4 weeks. This act pushes foreign DNA up and off the body. Foreign DNA cannot exist on the Dermis or Hypodermis because it will be attacked by the white blood cells as an invader. So rape victims have only one month to report rape, in order to have a doctor test their skin for foreign DNA and physical signs of rape. Injuries heal over time also. Date rape drugs stay in the system for only a matter of days, so if they want to say drugs were involved, this has to be proven by a doctor as well, within the time limit, or this claim must be thrown out of court.

Even if one has medical evidence of another person's DNA on them in the sexual areas, that doesn't necessarily prove that the contact was rape. It could have been consensual, but then the girl regretted it and claimed it was rape. So what is needed now? Witnesses. But I doubt anyone is standing nearby watching the rape event. So what do is REALLY needed? VIDEO PROOF. Even police officers need to use their dash cams and body cams in traffic court to prove someone sped through a red light. That's a misdemeanor, not a felony like rape. Videos are used to prove all other felonies too. I'm not saying I want to watch p*rn in court, but hey, its evidence. That girl has to be seen struggling, screaming, or completely immobilized from date rape drugs to prove it. Alcohol is never proof. They're BOTH intoxicated and not making the right decisions, but in some cases, its consensual, not rape.

With all these entitled people these days waiting 5, 10, 15, 20 some years to report a rape incident, do not have any medical evidence to back up their claims. Words alone are not evidence in a criminal case. Words alone don't even protect you in a tort or a simple case hearing. Claims against the clergy and Boy Scouts (both male institutions BTW, red flag) and other groups from years past shouldn't be allowed to even see courts as there is never any evidence besides words. Even if rape did indeed happen, it can't be judged now because too much time has passed and there is no solid medical or physical evidence.

We cant let people get away with these false rape accusation crimes. I would make it to where people had to know the regulations, facts, procedures and strict statute of limitations in order to bring a rape case to trial. No perfect evidence, no conviction of the accused. People who make false allegations or wait way too long will instead find themselves convicted of the crimes of perjury and false accusations. They will be sentenced to the same punishment in terms of years as if the accused was actually guilty. Any arrests or punishments already inflicted on the accused will be formally reversed and fully pardoned. Legal fees, past and present will be paid by the accuser. With me behind the bench of all these rape cases, we'd see a lot of women go to prison. Not because I want women in prison, but because justice is only justice when upheld legally with proper evidence. People who try to trick the system, make favor between defendant and plaintiff uneven and unbalanced due to sex or gender, or use it for greed and entitlement of oneself over others, will not get past me without being punished fully by the law.
