I love my bf. And I love being in his company as a friend. I enjoy talking to guys and relationships with women can be as exhausting/devastating as with men. I think gender doesn't matter that much when it comes to friendships. Sure you have to pick your topics and stuff but you have to do that with everyone. Pick your people to socialize properly.

Tbh I don't think you're wrong.

Every remotely well adjusted woman I've met largely enjoys the company of other women most of the time. They'll have a smattering of male associates but most of these guys will be the partners of their female friends. Honestly most intergender friendship groups I've seen just come off as ones full of people either dating or trying to date each other or full of guys who don't score high on the "masculinity" index.

Hell yeah. Two of my best friends are women that I never dated. They're awesome. Both have since met and married dudes that are cool AF. Great guys. Of course I do know some of their relationship drama, but I'm not involved in any of it. Thats Chris and Jesse's problem. Its only when I have sex with a woman that I'm responsible for all their problems and they are difficult to deal with.

Human males and females have different body temperatures. That is usually found in animals who do not cohabit, except when mating or in mating season.

We aren't meant to occupy the same spaces. We do pair bond tho. And traditionally women stayed at home and worked their asses off there and did womens work outside of home with other women. And men worked a lot outside of home sometimes being away for months, and those weren't easy jobs.

Absence makes the heart/banana grow fonder. And all that. As long as the absence is viewed as a gain that is.

Sexuality can be fluid. But I agree I think as times goes you will see less intergender interactions outside of work environments. Not more. Most of my friends are women but it seems like I'm in a very small minority of men.

I agree 100% I prefer being around women and only seek male partners because I’m physically attracted to the male gender and societal pressure. If other women weren’t desperate to be chosen by men, I could be happy with a small circle of female friends - I wouldn’t have felt the need to be in a relationship. But a lot of my romantic interactions with men were because it would have been lonely otherwise, as my female friends get lost in their relationships and neglect their friendships. Now I don’t care and I’m preparing to be alone. I’m trying to accept dying alone. The idea doesn’t make me sad, it’s just that I know I’m expected to be sad about it and people will give me sad looks whilst in terrible marriages.

I think serious relationships are about compromise. People just have little things that really annoy the shit out of them and you just have to avoid doing those things if you want to be with them. It doesn't just go for sexual relationships either.

The fact that we are able to function the way into each other's hierachies is not self evident, despite what you could be tempted to believe. Men and women's works have historically been split between both sexes and both sexes articulated their own sphere of influence.

Feminism happened because the feminine sphere in occidental societies essentially eroded during the three last centuries, and I still have to figure exactly why/how.

In most cultures, men and women often will only work directly together in the familial unit, the Occident is actually the exception. What we are doing right now is essentially an experiment to see if women can function in the masculine sphere. We'll see how exactly it will end up, but I honestly doubt women will want to continue that long term.

Ever watched the Dog Whisperer? Look up the 'shiny floors' episode. Watch what happens, even to dogs, when you pathologize smaller things and fuss over them to the degree it instills legit fear and aversion.

You have women being the target of that, which is bad. But then, you also have men being the subject of that, which is even worse.

Yes they are in their natural state, in the current times, despite all the comforts and protections we get from all technological states, men and women have been fed a lot of garbage that has messed with their perception of the world and their behavior, a lot of men for example have been taught that they must be codependent doormats who pedestalize women all for their sake and because thats what women like, as we men have been socially conditioned to have no purppose other than getting laid, the outcomes are men who think they are miserable and worthless because mommy e-thot doesnt approves of them, just for that, and then they end up either as a suicide statistic or as ticking bombs.

I have a girlfriend, i also have female friends with whom i get along , i really enjoy talking and hanging out with women just like i would with men, but obviously not with all men....and not with all women.
