Or the mindset. I'm in my thirties, and my health, and physique especially, are far improved. Than when I was in my twenties. Discipline, and consistency pivotal. When I was young, I was taught what I dubbed 'The Layer Cake of Success'. The layers are;

Health,
Wealth, and
Icing.

Master the first two; and the rest is 'icing.' Not saying twenty-two year old me wasn't enjoying life. Far from it. I was however working like a dog. Work, studying, sports, and hustling on the side. I earned it. Compared to now at thirty-two. Don't work. Do the school run with my kids. Ample time for reading. For hobbies. Volunteer a ton. Wife doesn't have to work either. She's still at the beach with our kids, and my sister's family, on holidays. Whilst I flew home early, to mess around in my garage. If I had to choose, thirty-two year old me has no competition. Sure being young, dumb, and full of life was fun. There comes a time however, when that flips. Not so much full of life, but more conscious, of what you're filling your life with.

Most dudes peak at 30 because they’re so low at 20.

But if you had good parenting and picked a decent degree. You may peak at 24 and keep being good till your in your mid 30s. I disagree with the redpill folks about this topic. Since I think after a certain point. You just made it and going further up doesn’t add much intrinsic value. So it levels off.

I’m like 28. So here what I know. You end up being able to pull more on a normal basis and now you get to a point where your vetting the girls as much as they’re vetting you.

Depends on how you handle your life, if you don't spend too much of your twenties just bullshiting and you actually pursue your goals and increasing those qualities that are going to be attractive to women of course while keeping up your own appearance, you can definitely get a really good one, just as a personal example there is a guy from my High School we didn't really talk much but I do remember he always got good grades, and I looked him up on Facebook a few years ago he ultimately became a dentist and the overachieved and married a model, I don't know much about their personal life or whatever but not bad lol

Age doesn't equal attractiveness. Im much more attractive now at 39 that I was at 22. I'm taking care of my body way better and I don't have a childish attitude. It depends on the person. If you don't have good eating habits and workout routine. And good skincare regimen. You will age more poorly than someone who does. And as far as women. I could attract women at 18 19 20. But I'm attracting a different type of woman now. And I'm more attracted to women my age because I find myself more interested in a woman's mindset and energy than I am just looks.

It depends on the man the type of woman he will get.I think it's getting more difficult to date younger women because of the stigma and cultural backlash .

I meet young woman that will hook up with me but won't date men because of how their friends or family would perceive the relationship..

I don't even pursue woman over 26 so I'll be single untill I find one that meets my standards and is interested I'm not going to date a 45 or 50 year old woman under any circumstances I might make an exception for 35 if she's gorgeous sane with no kids no pets and wealthy.

I could already do that now at 22, because chances are I could be more attractive now than i would be at 32. at 32 I would just have more money to be more socially active.

Although men are younger at 22 than 32 they are less attractive in general due to lack of social skills and not having life experience and life skills. Most guys aren't attractive enough in their 20's to sleep with alot of women so this was a bad example.

So let's just say a man does actually become an overall more attractive person at 35 than he was at 20. Is the 35 year old still going to get more attractive women than the 20 year old?

He will get more attractive women than when he was 20 but he will get less attractive women than a 20 year good looking guy.

At 30 years old, if you take care of yourself and work out right, your fuck game could potentially be better than 20 year old you. I say that in terms of the strength and mass of your body. I'd def say that peaks in late/mid 20s but it all depends on how you take care of your body.

People talk all day about the availability of women but the truth is if you don't have enough masculine energy within you, you're not even going to be having the sex that would make being that attractive worth it.

If you're attractive and you're constantly getting soft every fuck and it won't stay in or you're only lasting 30 seconds then you really fumbled the bag. You're unironically better off having GOOD sex 2-3 times a year. Imo part of the fun of sex is seeing the reactions the woman has, it does have some ego boosting effects but I'd rather a lay a lot of happy women than disappointed women. Seeing how much the woman is enjoying the encounter is part of the fun.

This is the problem with your question and a problem a lot of guys in this sub have: they aspire for a life in their 30s that is the current dream of their 20something selves. They hate the idea of 30-year-old women because they don’t want “jaded” women with too much adverse life experience. And that’s fine for where they are now, but guess what: you’re gonna get jaded and your own share of adverse life experiences too. And if you do live a decent well adjusted life, you’ll look back on your younger self when you’re 32 and think, “Meh, I’ll pass on some of what that guy wanted.”

TLDR: a man who peaks later in life is likely to get some good things out of it. But you presently don’t know what those things are and wouldn’t care for them if you did.

Dude, the statistics you are talking about are for AVERAGES. For the individual, YOU, we cannot say anything about how you are going to develop and age. Maybe you already peaked and from now on, it's downhill. There is no guarantee that you will be more attractive to women later on in life. This is not like interest for money in the bank account. You actually need to develop into a desirable man from a less desired man.

I have met men who peaked at 17 and didn't ever have as much success with women/girls again (met them in late 20s).

As you surely know, most 35 yo men do not have a flourishing social life, lost most of their friends over moving/no time/differnet development/family, do not have a lot of new sex partners, or hot extremely young girlfriends. No, they are mostly in committed relationships since a couple of years with their girlfriends or wifes of about the same age (2 years younger on average) and the kids they have keep them busy and sex is often a lower priority.

35 yo men differ more from each other than 23 yo men. Life happens and leaves it's marks. Some 35 yo look like they could be father and son, next to each other.

But of course, there is also the scenario you want to imagine for yourself.

I do think the highest desired women (18-21) will be be more interested in your example, “hot 26 year old, compared to the older one. The conditions changed, women can make their own money now, so I doubt a more paid man will be as attractive or even as necessary than his younger counterpart to women. I only know one 25-30 year old dude, out of plenty, who dated an 18 year old and both of them, the couple, are my coworkers and the rest of the employees expressed a disapproval towards it, only slightly though. Most dudes that I know date only a couple years younger, so I think it’s a small deterrence from the social norms around age gap relationships in America.
