The equivalent of fat women is fat men, not short men.

It's more brought up to highlight how women are allowed to have standards but men aren't. It's socially acceptable for a woman to say, "No short guys" but it's not acceptable for a man to say, "No fat chicks". Men point out the fact that weight can be changed but height can't. So of the two, it should be less acceptable to say "No short guys" since it's something that cannot be changed.

But it's also a double standard that women are allowed to say, "No fat guys" but men aren't allowed to say, "No fat chicks".

One advantage I rarely see mentioned about heavier guys is that their size can help women feel smaller, which is often a critical feature of straight women's feelings of attraction. In more rural/conservative areas, skinnier guys won't appeal as much to the average woman as heavier/stockier guys.

This is because western women high such high standards that even having a good body is not considered equivalent to having a good body as a girl. They make excuses as to why their fat is acceptable even though every other part of the world including Europe is skinnier than them.

Not really. The equivalent to a short man is a woman with a negative physical characteristic that would be a hard no for certain men but a conditional no for others. Imagine a girl who’s fine but has an ugly nose or who has asymmetrical feet or a scar/mark on her body.

The reason we use 'fat' is because it is: 1. Hurtful and, 2. Objective

We don't use 'fat' because it's "the best comparable analogy". Ugly is subjective...call her ugly and she can respond "to you maybe, but I'm beautiful!" Call her fat?....just about instant tears; no arguments possible.

So the point is that women are being cruel and hurtful when they bodyshame shorter men. Thus....we tend to be cruel and hurtful back.

Ugly is subjective. One man's ugly is another man's pretty for a lot of cases. Only until they are disfigured or look alienated are they comparable to short men . Still those women will have someone behind them.
