Salutations, fellas. This is a question for all, about something I've seen repeatedly suggested in this sub, and I'm just genuinely curious:

Why do you think it is, one of the first things we all suggest to each other, dealing with divorce, is to Hit the gym?

Understand- I get the basics: healthing up is a no brainer, but I'm just wondering why we as men are (seemingly) quicker to go to the more physical side of things as a 'coping method', as it were. It's like, doing something physical is an immediate go-to, *then come the suggestions of therapy/hobbies/meet new people, etc.

I'm not at all casting judgment or aspersions, I'm just saying I've noticed it more often than not. Genuinely curious to know if anyone else noticed it, or what ya's think about that.
