Seriously, I’m very anxiety ridden. Heart racing, can’t sleep thru the night. I’m going to confront her on lies and behavioral choices she made that was counter to what we agreed to. She’s an emotional tyrant tho and I’m trying to get my backbone back. Me calming expressing being upset over her doing something we agreed she wouldn’t do, and continues to do while I don’t say anything, will likely trigger a separation conversation. I just want to know from other guys like me. When you are emasculated to the point where you know longer feel you have any worth, but you have to say the words you want a separation, knowing it’ll kill your beautiful kids, is it worth it. Do you feel better right out the door or do you question yourself to no end for 2 years. I know it’ll hurt my kids but I feel at some point they’ll understand. Is it right away empowering to get out or is it a slow and horrible process. This will be a divorce of the messiest kind.
