At the end of the day, fucking another person whilst being in an exclusive relationship that you both wanted is cheating. Any person with self respect and values would walk away (not straight away but think of how it would effect you and work around that - I.e financial, a place to live). If you tolerate it, you are either a fool, only looking for external benefits (lack of self worth) or have attachment issues (or get extremely lucky and work past it but that's rare).

"Exercising options" is nothing more than a dude dating multiple women and seeing which is his best fit. There's nothing wrong with that, many people do it. Personally, I date one at a time but everyone is different.

Sex should be an emotional thing between 2 people who admire eachother highly, I'm old school like that and that kind of sex is way better than casual. But there's people out there that do for fun, because that guy/girl is hot as fuck or because of a deeper mental issue. There's nothing wrong with being casual either (as long as both people know).

They claim that sex for men is mostly unemotional which I agree with and for women sex is mostly emotional so when a woman sleeps with someone its considered cheating.

I think they refer to the animal kingdom where males literally fuck around and "spread their seed" while the strongest female nurtures the strongest offspring and that's how high value men should see it. You don't want to be dating/having kids with someone, man or woman, who are irresponsible or have commitment issues. I would include Fresh and Fit but they are frauds imo.

I know little about Mr. Samuels’ actual background, but F&F strike me as pretentious impostors. For people who are all about exercising self-discipline, this is a strange viewpoint.

My personal opinion is as follows; Cheating is immoral, don’t do it. If you can’t be faithful, you should not be in a relationship.

I think a lot of people are misunderstanding the take. What they’re saying does not apply to the average person. It does not apply to the majority of people reading this post. For the average person infidelity will never be accepted, because women will feel like they have other viable options and they’ll give you hell for it or leave.

Now if you’re talking about someone super successful or a millionaire? There are plenty of women who will put up with it because they’re not willing to let their lifestyle depreciate. They won’t accept it but they’re willing to turn a blind eye to it if it’s not in their face.

The way that fresh and fit and Kevin Samuels and all these other guys make money is by selling this dream to the average guy. They try to dunk on women so the average guy can feel like they’re dunking on them. There are a lot of truths in their content that some guys need to hear but the whole cheating aspect isn’t reality for most of the population. If you really can’t be with one woman polyamory and other lifestyles are catching on, find someone who is okay with it. Be upfront and honest about who you are and what you want.

Not sure if related enough, but I always figured these 0,5 or whatever % of the elite succcesful men. Here’s the thing, cheating is different for men and women since we aren’t the same. Cheating as a female means infidelity. As a guy, as long as you have your main chick, the one who lives with you and you take care of, has your last name, etc., then smashing other chicks shouldn’t be a problem. Because men and women view sex differently, for women sex is more emotional, but for guys, it’s just like taking a piss, there’s usually little if any emotion behind it. (Unless it’s with the main chick) what I mean is that a guy can fuck other girls and still love his main chick, but if a woman cheats on you, she clearly doesn’t love her man anymore
