It's all a numbers game and it depends on how much effort you put into it. When I was a teenager until my mid twenties my sex life was very uninteresting and I put myself under enormous pressure. I was like "God I'm young and now this is the time to fuck around and later it will fade, I have to experience as much as possible" and because of this I was very insecure. People can sense that, especially women. Now (late twenties) my sex life is better than ever because I realized it's not over when you are about to hit the big 3, it's just the beginning.

Apart from that I just tried to approach people (not just women! Every interaction with strangers will make you more confident because you get used to it) more often, worked out, read a lot about seduction (here and on charisma on command on YouTube) and tried to be more relaxed over all. When you are trying long enough eventually you will get lucky. Out of 10-20 girls I approach there's maybe one who finds me interesting and I feel the same about her. But then it's a really good connection and I don't think about the other 19 women. And the better your game gets the better are your chances.

You meet women and you date them.

After you do that for awhile, you start to realize that they aren't magical creatures. They're humans with the same wants and needs as anyone else.

No matter what weird shit you might like, there are women out there that want the same thing. If you put yourself out there enough, you'll start to find them.

From what i’ve personally experienced with fwb’s .. it always started with sex. Meaning the women I expected to have a one night stand with wanted more than one night or they weren’t looking for something serious.
Even ex’s make great fwb’s. I had a gf for 3 years and when we broke up she called me and said “just because the relationship didn’t work doesn’t mean im done fucking you”

So situations can very. The bottom line Op, the fwb situations depend on the type of woman you meet in life and what they’re looking for. It’s nothing you can just bring up in a casual conversation.

From what I have seen, there are two main ways that men have great dating and sex lives:

1) Be blessed with enough good looks/charm/money/height that it just comes to you effortlessly. I know some guys like that, their lives are so different than regular men's lives.

2) Figure out what works for you. This has been the key for me. I have some extreme strengths for dating, and extreme weaknesses, so for me, knowing how to approach dating has been absolutely critical.

numero 1 Shut the fuck up. When someone is talking, you ask questions. You ask questions as to legitimately try and place yourself into their shoes during whatever bullshit they are spitting out. This is how you become someone to be pleasant around.

numero 2 Have a go to line. I eventually lead the talk into one of my main hobbies. Being an audiophile, the talk can easily transition into "show me some of your music over at my place." From there it's stupid easy.

When you switch from being needy to genuinely enjoying doing it. Then women start to feel you and it really becomes fun which makes you more comfortable doing it and women feels you more and wants you more. At some point you hit a wall as you want deeper relationships which you get and start missing seduction. Im on my journey towards this but after so much thinking, reading , and my few experiences , I’ve concluded that it’s all about being social , Trial and error and consistency ... if you aren’t hanging out with friends and friends of friends then it’s Gonna be way harder.. I’m not an expert by all means but I have made out with a lot of girls I met through friends ... I haven’t been consistent though , that’s the problem.. but yeah just build a social circle and stay active in it, always keep expanding it, and don’t be afraid of rejection.. get rejected until you feel comfortable getting rejected that you no longer care about shooting your shot whenever and everywhere (respectfully) all these actions will compound until it turns into the life that you want... OR just take some good pics for social media and build a cool social media profile , then message a ton of girls and some will fall (I’ve done this)

But, I'd say your best bet is to be social. Whether that is with friends or by yourself. I've met soooo many people in social settings where I was there all alone, so you don't need friends to be social. Become a regular at a bar and get to know the staff and regulars, that makes you look popular and trustworthy to strangers who do come to the bar.

It's a constant effort. Even when I have a FWB, I still keep up to date on my dating apps. FWBs come and go, and doing a full restart after every one is a waste of time.

I also am involved in groups that are very open in general. I have a group of friends where being naked in the hot tub together is not unusual, it's basically the expectation anytime we're around a hot tub. One of the orgies I've been in this year randomly spawned through that group.

I have put a lot of effort into getting into the Swinger community in my area. I'm going to a gangbang party tonight, and I will hopefully connect with at least one couple while I'm there and possibly add them to my rotation of couples.

I don't have a lot of interest in one night stands unless it's a Lifestyle/Swinger event.

If you are new to socializing put in the effort as if you just moved into your neighborhood. I've seen people integrate into social circles fast as people go in and out and rearrange often. Socializing is just a bit of effort

I have to put the "look good" part because I only know how to do it that way. When I get fat my opens drop ridiculously fast since my face is the first to look "fat" and ruins first impressions. I don't have "fat perso" game and tbh it's harder than just losing the weight and toning up and working from that foundation.

And if you are playing the casual sex track of life you really have to bring physicality to the table. Any good mix of Large, tall, good looks that can grab a girls attention for the short term. If in their first impression they would enjoy touching you and you're golden rather than grossed out of their league.

If you have the body dress more flauntingly as a signal. Better shirt fit to show off some masculine features. I wear shorts to show off my calves when I can get away with it so girls in my social circle at least get a peak and see who gets interested.
