Porn is significantly worse. Causes all sorts of sexual dysfunctions/deviations and makes people content with getting off to a screen instead of trying to better themselves

I'd say porn, because you're triggering similar brain pathways to the ones that motivate us to procreate. The motivation to get with women is lower than it would be, since the brain knows it can get a similar dopamine response with a lot less effort via porn and a hand-party.

I’ve been around a shitload of different guys with different types seduction game, some who were super successful with women and others who were almost incel-tier and the number one thing that guys with no game whatsoever have in common is video games.

I’ve seen it in hundreds of guys, the more video games they play the worse their seduction game was and the more unsuccessful with women they were.

Eh I don't think either make a difference. If you try to blame stuff like that you might be making excuses that aren't necessarily true. Over thinking your "game" is detrimental to your ability to meet people. That's how you actually meet and date women. You socialize and you meet a woman you get along with and are attracted to, then if the situation is right and the feeling is mutual everything happens on it's own.

Weed just makes you either talk none stop or have the inability to keep a flowing conversation going, as for porn, can't really comment, but if you're hooked on it I suppose you might not feel the need to seek a sexual partner or your experience in the bedroom might lack due to you craving a certain desire perhaps

Porn will lower your motivation to actually go and have actual sex. So for that it's worse. Although Porn gets a lot more hate then it may be deserving of generally. I think porn is the result of some of societies "problems" or just broad based changes over time. Porn isn't the cause of problems an individualistic society that has overglamorized sex since the 1950's is.

Weed is highly subjective for each individual. For me it helped my overall ego at the cost of making me an unproductive loser. Some people can use weed and be productive though so it's not really strictly negative per say.

I'd say weed, at least personally makes me more anxious and want to stay at home and saps my motivation.

Porn gets boring fast, rather jerk off to my imagination or not at all, there aren't that many with good stories and I don't really get how people find it sexy with no context/exciting or naughty situational build up, so I've not really had a problem with it and I don't know how it affects game.

The four worst and most common contributors that affect your ability to achieve and maintain erections are cigarettes, alcohol, depression/Bi Polar Disorder medications and your lifestyle choices, (diet & weight).

The more you mix those factors, the worse it will become. Add weed and porn abuse to the those factors and you’re not getting laid tonight.

Was a heavy weed smoker all my life, not only did it kill my game especially when I went out high because it made me antisocial, but it also just makes me not give a fuck and I don’t even try. Have way more confidence and ambition without it. Thing is no one ever really wants to admit weed actually can cause some negative side effects and people love to defend it. I know people who smoke a lot and have no problem with woman, but I also know tons of who do and don’t get any. I think over the course of my life The non smokers I knew seemed to get more. But it’s different for everyone. I don’t really see how watching some porn really affects much, doesn’t everyone do it? Unless your addicted.

Porn, but I'd say that weed is not detrimental to relationships because of being able to feel sex, I've had sex high and sober and it's fine either way lol but for me weed was detrimental to my relationships because it became what I did to cope when I wasn't with her. That sort of mentality turns woman into tokens that make you feel better and that tires out another human being
