The only way to get out of friendzone is to have a massive and I mean MAASSIVE transformation in your attitude and appearance. The only problem is that it takes a fricking huge amount of time and effort for such transformation and usually you could out grow the romantic feelings by then.

Hit the gym, be mysterious and stop talking to her. Hang out with friends who are extroverted and popular and try to be close to the limelight. Do stuff and exciting shit. You have got to be an interesting person before women start showing interest in you.

To have any chance, assume all is lost. You have to cut all contact for at least a few months. Don't check her social media, never text her. And keep it cool when you reconect, which must be initiated by her. If this doesn't happen, it wasn't meant to be, but at least you're out of the FZ. An issue that I see here is that you're not connecting with your masculine energy. Someone is stripping down in front of you, that's incredibly sexual. Personally I find the term “friend zone” to be kinda cringe, where does the boundary of friend stop and the boundary of sexual partner begin? It’s very subjective and varies person to person.

I’ve had sex with people who were once “just friends” and I’ve become friends with people I once had sex with. Forget about it, everybody’s different, you just have to communicate.
