He's intelligent. He thinks. He doesn't just watch the news or read a book and take what ever opinion is stated as his own. He takes the time to formulate his own thoughts and opinions. He has an excitement for the world around him which fuels his eagerness to learn.
He works hard. Hard work to him isn't a burden. It's a path to become a more balanced, better human being. He doesn't complain about it. He gets it done. He values the work he must do as an opportunity.
He's optimistic. The joy he finds within himself and the environment around him reflects in every aspect of this life. His eyes sparkle with the manifestation of it when he speaks. He's not afraid to smile. He's not afraid to share this elation with those around him. He can look at the positive side of any situation. He wakes up excited to live another day. He knows simple joys.
He keeps his word. He realizes that the value of his word reflects the value of himself. In this sense he respects himself. Which brings me to my next point.
He respects himself. He's takes care of himself. He exercises, he hikes, runs, speed walks (whatever!). His hair is groomed and he brushes his teeth. He realizes that no one can fully respect someone else if they can't respect themselves. He doesn't belittle himself, his thoughts, etc. Due to this, he also won't let other people walk all over him. The respect for himself translates to respect from other people. He respects those around him with as much respect that he shows for himself.
He is interested. There's a saying that goes "interested is interesting". This is wholly and completely true. He has a passion that consumes him (and I'm not talking about playing video games, watching football, or smoking weed/partying. I'm talking about subject matter or an art form that one must work at and ponder over for decades to master). He's in love with this passion, and he's not afraid to share it with others. He always has something interesting and intriguing to talk about.
He's humble. He never puts himself (or anyone else for that matter) on a pedestal. He never believes that he's "better" than anyone else. He's willing to share the above, aforementioned points with others. He's willing to speak to others and explain to them the things that they may not understand without an air of pretentiousness. He's willing to rethink his opinions. He gives. He's willing to do small good deeds on the DL because he realizes that helping others is an important aspect of keeping the human consciousness spinning.
He has goals. These goals give him direction and a feeling of self worth. He is continuously working toward them and won't let little (or big) things get in the way. He's willing to find ways to get over obstacles. He's willing to work hard to achieve his dreams.
He knows how to have fun. All the previous points come together to give him a vivaciousness for life. He can amuse himself. He's spontaneous and outgoing. He doesn't depend on others to give him happiness because he knows how to find it within himself. He can laugh and make others laugh too. He knows that there are times when one can have fun sitting and thinking alone, but he realizes a huge part of amusement and pleasure comes from the enjoyment of sharing time with others.

Be focused on your goals. Be un-reactive, fun and outgoing. Girls get aroused when guys give them spikes in emotions, in terms of building "attraction" it happens when you are in conversation, spiking girls emotions (in either a negative or positive way) + showing intent and being physical will arouse them, therefore creating attraction.

Having a positive outlook on life, following your passions and enjoying moments will have a side effect being a cool guy who doesnt really care too much about what the girls think (being un-reactive) - girls find this very attractive.

Physically? I had a roommate who girls probably rated upwards of 9.

He didnt have to chase any girl. Smoking hot girls would approach him. I saw a hot redhead damn near break her neck to check him out at the mall. Quality girl, after quality girl. And not just physically hot girls. Professional, intelligent, sweet. Most of them checked off every box for relationship material.

But he is awful at maintaining relationships. He treats them with utter neglect. Not badly or abusively, per se, but theyre more objects orbiting him. He is very self indulgent. He never really talked to them either, although they thought he did from the way he engaged them, he just talked about himself or his own interests. He just had a way of looking them in the eye and leaning into them(actual a useful lesson there, for me). He has had things handed to him largely because of his looks.

He has not been faithful in a single relationship that i know of, yet i cant think of a single woman that broke up with him, even if they found out. It was always him moving on.

It's all about social status in my opinion. If you can convince people that you're a 10 then they'll believe you and are willing to overlook any (minor) flaws that you might have and even consider those things as features.

Look at Ryan Gosling. If he was a regular guy, women would probably rate him between 7-9. I'm not dissing the guy but I don't think he's particularly handsome or anything. But he gets to play cool guys in movies and he's very popular at the moment, so women consider him to be pretty much the sexiest man on earth. People consider him to be a 10+ because everybody likes him.

He acts like a boss. You feel that people might make fun of you, or you might be the butt of a couple of jokes? Well, People in general don't like change, we don't like to adjust. Look at some point in your life when you had to adjust to change, most likely you resisted it at first, right? People who poke fun are in a sense are resisting to your change. So you have to be able to take the punches and roll with it.

The thing is a 10 doesn't care what other people think, not because he is a douche, but because he is doing it for himself and not for others.

A 10 in a girls mind is someone who can always keep her on toes. Someone who is genuine, who knows how to hold a conversation longer than, "hey beautiful". He is real with himself and with others. He knows how to have fun, but he also knows when to be serious. Most importantly he listens to what she has to say.

But know this. A 10 to one girl is another girls 4. It's all relative.

The best thing about girls is that their definitions of a '10' when it comes to a guy is much more varied than our definition of a '10' for a woman. I think, in general though, if I had to come up with the '10' I would say it is a guy who is very well rounded; not just great in one area or aspect of life.

The question is nonsensical. A perfect 10 for a women is a snapshot of her dynamic perception of him. There's no definition of a perfect 10, in terms of what he's like, or what he does, or how he acts. There's only a definition of a perfect 10 makes her feel.

There's a set of emotions that a woman wants to be evoked. There's no right occupation or right demeanor or right look. Furthermore, a man may evoke all of these emotions and later, not change in any measurable way, but no longer evoke these emotions.

tl;dr Men lose interest in women because they change. Women lose interest in men because they don't.

I think it would be different for everyone. A 10 for me would love lord of the rings, a song of ice and fire, comic books, camping, and folk music. He would also wear glasses and have pretty eyes and a nice face. He would be very intelligent and sarcastic and be fun to hang out with. It will be different for every girl, I'm sure.

A 10 on a scale of 10 in anything, even as simple as a perfect circle does not exist. Nobody can point to you what perfection is, but they can conceptualise what is close to, yet not perfection.

Even if perfection is impossible, it is not meaningless to pursue it. Be the best version of yourself and get as close to that 10/10 as possible. My idea of my best self is different to your version and the versions of all posts in this thread. Aesthetics, wealth and intelligence hold different priorities.

While it is good to draw inspiration from high power figures, attempting to copy them is inauthentic. You are no longer being yourself, and instead trying to be someone else. It's confusing to think that if you can't draw from other people, how are you supposed to know what perfect qualities in a man are? Use your intuition and gut instinct to what you believe requires you to reach 99.99% of your potential. If you act authentically, nobody can fault you.

Anybody who has a concrete idea of what 10 is for a guy is gay or bi. Just like how we have different interpretations of what a 10 is for a women in terms of the whole package. Now, there are certain societal norms in which most women subscribe to which can increase your chances of being a 10 to more women, but in the end its all up to eye of the beholder.

If you want to find out what a 10 is for the lowest common denominator do this:

Find every magazine for women that fit your demographic of what the women you are looking for. Mimic the lifestyles and personalities of the guys they adore. Take everything from clothes, to interests, to the way they interact with people. Its not hard.
