As other guys have said, it's all a part of the learning process. BUT you have to make sure you learn from all your failures... Do you have any clue what you did wrongly that got you such a high rejection rate? You should be able to get your daytime rejection rate (rejection within 10 seconds) down to about 1 in 5.

If you can isolate what you can do better next time, then you ensure you're always learning. there's no sense in failing the same way repeatedly, that's just sado-masochistic.

I went out today to do daygame, I approached a shit ton of girls only to hear things like 'sorry no', 'no thank you', 'I have a boyfriend', 'I have kids and their names are jay and z', etc....

Look, those answers you're getting, are a result of flawed "technique." Girls react to shut you down hard because you came in too hard, awkward, or creepy in some way. You shouldn't be getting girls responding to your opener or your very approach by telling you no or that they have a BF, etc. Whatever you're doing, simply repeating the same thing tomorrow is not going to change things. Same thing in, same thing out. So if you're going to make adjustments to improve the results here, you need to fill some details.

What is your opener? What are you asking that they answer immediately, "No," to?
What are you talking about with them?
How are you approaching them? Are you just walking up to a girl, talking to her, and then bee-lining to the next one, in a public area where all the people in it can see what's going on and see you coming?

I have been doing this for a few months now too, quite numb now actually. And I'm still happier I get to get a closer look at the beautiful girl and interact with her, rather than awkwardly look at her from a longer distance.

I get the same thing with night game. Non stop rejections, lol! It certainly can sting!

I kind of find it almost unbelievable that people can apparently get regular sex with 'cold approach'. Sometimes I think it's mainly to do with LOCATION and obviously LOOKS. If you live in a country where approaching strangers is considered a bit weird, AND you aren't really handsome, I think it's a bit of a lottery win to get laid from it.

But if you are like on holiday in Cancun and everyone is in a super social mood (holiday mode), young, drunk, AND you are pretty handsome, I can see it happening a fair bit.

I'm not sure how much 'game' can effect the outcome

Dude, this is totally normal when you're starting out. I remember when I was starting, I went several days where I approached 10 girls and all 10 were rejections. I honestly think you're trying to go for the number too quickly, without actually having a decent conversation. If you can get into a 5-10 minute conversation with them, you'll find the girls much more willing to give their number at the end of it.

What do you usually say when you go up to these girls? I generally don't ever have girls straight up just say "no go away" (or reject right off the bat like that) when I approach them, but I have seen it happen a lot with other guys who go up and either come off way too strong or not strong enough.

The guys who come off strong go up and say "Hey nice ass" or some stupid bullshit like that and the girl doesn't really have anywhere to go with that. On the other hand, some guys go up and just are completely devoid of confidence and try to say things they can't pull-off because they don't believe in what they're saying. If you go up to a girl and say "hi I just wanted to say hi because you're really pretty", you better mean it or she's going to know it's bullshit and think you're weird.

If at the end of an interaction where you go for the number/escalation she tells you she has a boyfriend, the best thing to do is just brush it off and say "yeah me too we don't have to bring them with when we hang out" or "that's okay I don't want his number, just yours". I have only recently started using this line but it has worked every time.

As long as you aren't awkward as hell when she "rejects" you, she will remember you as a confident guy and you have no reason to feel bad about your interaction. If you get rejected, you probably weren't compatible anyway, so don't let it make you feel bad about yourself.

I don't like the idea of having to talk to a girl Everytime, it's desperate and a little creepy. If she doesn't respond to your nonverbal cues, it's very unlikely she doesnt want to talk.

You're not necessarily trying to get girls when you're starting out. You're basically training your social-emotional response 'muscle'. The goal is to overcome those self doubts that you have and to not fear rejection, thereby making you more confident in the process. You're experiencing growing pains, and take it from someone in your shoes 6-8 years ago, every rejection is a gift from the gods. Think of it like lifting weights. Your muscles hurt and it seems hopeless at the start to get jacked. But if you keep working those muscles, you're going to get results, and hopefully improve yourself in the process. So embrace those rejections, and learn from them - if you focus on the negatives and get down on yourself, you block out your ability to learn and improve. I like your spirit, keep it up!
