A lot of people here are confusing "What attracts a girl to a guy" with OP's original question.

Yes: confidence, good looks, intelligence, wealth, and humor are all qualities that make someone attractive (i'd argue this is not necessarily gender specific), but at best they will simply get your foot in the door.
To take things to the next level, she has to feel comfortable with you. It doesn't matter how attractive you are, if you fail to make her feel comfortable, she's not going home with you.
This is why escalation - and in particular, "touch" - is so important.

If a guy can make me feel wanted, desirable and valuable then they are halfway into my pants. One of the key things here that gets complex is valuable. There is no one thing (or multiple things) that will enable a guy to be fuckable to all women at any time.

Women are emotional beings and they make their decisions based on how they feel. So sometimes not more than just "being available" can be enough to become fuckable.
