A lot of people dont get that you can have a silver tongue and be a master wordsmith to any woman out there, but if you dont keep up with appearances you're only crippling yourself!

-stay groomed and trimmed. This is important. If you have facial hair, keep it trimmed and neat. Girls don't like mountain man beards nearly as much as you do. Beards can work if you have the genes and are willing to maintain them. If not, go clean shaven.

-Get a fashionable haircut that fits your face. Go to the barber/salon and talk to the person cutting your hair (!) And ask them for a recommendation that fits your face shape. If you're growing your hair out that's pretty tough luck, just wear hats and hope for the best.

-wash your face. A large part of dealing with acne is diet but you still gotta wash your face.

-wear clothes that fit you. If you're flabby (which you shouldn't be if you're trying to stay in the game) dont go for tight clothes, but also dont get an extremely large size to "hide" your fat (it doesnt work, everyone can see it). If you have visible muscle, you can wear tighter shirts as long as they're comfortable (dont squeeze yourself to death.) Overall you want them to fit, and you want them to feel good. Also jeans look 10000x better than shorts of any category, ever. Even sweats are better than shorts.

-STAY FIT!!! Fit isnt skinny by the way. Fit is toned muscle. Lift weights and maintain a toned body. You dont have to balloon up and add 50 pounds of muscle, but make sure you're keeping a diligent diet/workout routine that mixes cardio and resistance training.

-Figure out your TDEE and eat at that. Dont go over and you wont gain weight. That simple. I advise eating healthy foods so that you dont starve yourself. A cheat day every week or so works wonders but dont abuse it.

-Dont hunch your shoulders. Push your chest out with confidence and walk as if you own the room. (This becomes much easier if you have a toned chest from pumping the bench press like you should be! Nobody likes man boobs!)

Hope this advice helps some people out there! I cant speak much for the social aspect of casual dating, but I can tell you that if you're not in your best physical self you're practically wasting your time.
