From my experience this is pretty accurate. Unfortunately many of these are immutable traits. The takeaway should be to try to improve in the areas where you can without too much difficulty, then play the numbers game to find women that don't particularly care about the area you're deficient in. Many guys will get disheartening after only a few failures or try to invest too much effort into a woman that hasn't demonstrated that she's into you.

This is why I laugh inside when women I know complain about men acting fake or putting on a persona on a date when theyve let you know that an average man acting normal is an ick. You can't expect true authenticity when you punish any divergence from the narrow set of ideals that you think makes up a great partner. Ive seen my player brother craft his persona into something he thinks would attract his ideal women and he wonder why he can't tolerate relationships for more than a few months or when the mask slips, his partner usually ends up breaking up with him. It's not worth it. Just be the best version of yourself, and if that's not enough for some women , then it's not worth having a relationship with that person.

Don’t smell bad! As a matter of fact try to smell your best. Not only “I took a shower today” but make sure you eliminate all odors and just smell good.

Dress like you meant to dress like that. If you meant to dress like your mother bought your clothes, then you have real problems to deal with.

The rest of it, you should have a “take it or leave it” type of attitude. The more you try to impress and play by a woman’s rules, the more you will lose. Focus on what you want and what your icks are. Some of my icks are, doesn’t suck dick well. Other icks are, she’s not adventurous. A very important ick, she’s not experienced. I like slutty girls who like slutty sex.

But this is an advanced lesson for men who are able to have opportunities

Just accept them even if you are not ready or don’t want them rn

As it rarely ever flows on your time and your own schedule

Like, i immediatelly got wary/tense when the persons looks and mannerisms were similar to my fathers schizophrenic cousin. So a sort of a pattern recognition with self-perservation kicked in.

Also, the uncanny valley feeling can be offputting.
