Fairly straightforward question, even chatgpt gave a really good breakdown: food, shelter, clothing - basic needs. I sometimes get bills about Halloween costume and new pajamas she had to buy. I mean... I don't want to cheap out on my kid but I think child support should cover these. Most importantly I dont have the patience to do the accounting for these little things. Child support was supposed to be to avoid this nonsense. We have a signed agreement, divorce signed - still fresh. Any thoughts on how to handle this without escalating this into another battle for custody and/or spousal support. I know they have a right to change their mind for up to certain number of months, and really can't have her go nuts on me. I don't want to set the precedence where I have to deal with this though.
