It means that you shouldn’t take her seriously.

I learned a lot from my interactions with my sister. She always throws insults and mocks regularly at me ever since we were kids. So I’m used to it. She does that either to look for my attention or to make me mad.

But it’s mutual tho. I do playful banter at her to the point where at times she almost cries or feels like what she does bouncing back at her (trying to make me mad ends up by her getting mad).

I see it as a way to use the 'neg' in a funny, playful way. If you think about the words you say to her as if she were your little sister, the remark becomes naturally exaggerated and funny.

I've never heard it like that, but the fundamental concept is to not place her on a pedestal. Most women don't want to be treated like a princess, and it feels weird and artificial for a guy to treat them in a supplicating way. Or they'll see it as permission to walk all over you.
