well for starters stop using a seven year old account and get a burner.

Second: Get a totally new email and change EVERY. SINGLE. LOGIN. to that email - you could be digitally compromised and not know it.

Third, get the app that tells you if you're near an air tag.

Finally - No more communication except via email. Phone convos will never have happened and texts will be deleted on her end. And wait 24 hours to reply to anything (so you cool off).

Just gray rock her man and only talk to her if you have kids, which should be the only reason. So easy to block people on Reddit, make your posts hidden, bloc her number(s).

As for the cameras, if they’re in your house remove them and change the locks. In the state that I live in, you can have cameras up inside homes but not in private areas (bedroom and bathroom), you can leave them on but ONLY if they were already established and the other party knew about them.

She's basically manipulating you and can easily hurt when she wants to. I'm currently going through divorce, I loved her but cheating is a personal choice and so when she did it I straight away told her we're done, luckily there's no kids involved but either way I suffered so much in the first couple of months while she's funking someone else and I caught myself getting depressed as I was also down after a major knee surgery, the knee is now getting better, I feel good and I've dropped all the feelings I had for her cause she's been ruthless to me and I'm currently in a foreign country(where she's from) so I'm still in a huge crisis and need to get back on my feet ASAP so you can do it, take care of yourself, not worrying about a selfish adult.

Start by stop GAF. Don’t try to be nice. Don’t try to be cordial.

You don’t have to be cruel, but you have to stop engaging in anything that doesn’t deal with logistics related to the divorce. If you don’t have children, then those logistics will disappear as soon as all of the conditions of the divorce are met.

After that, everything about her goes in the that category of “not your problem.” Right now just about everything related to her life goes into that category as well.

The sooner you do that the sooner you get to your peace.

Time to save your peace and mental health and move on. You are wasting your time trying to get back with her. It was over for her 9 months ago, she sees she can twiddle you around her thumbs, which is why she even entertains talking to you. You need to move on and do it immediately so you can get on the path of healing, and finding solace with your own personal growth. Get therapy, start moving on.

My advice is to stop loving someone who doesn’t love you. It’s not like you can blink your eyes and it’s done, but it is achievable. Someone who keeps taking and offers nothing back is just going to make your life miserable. Get her out of your life, don’t say one more word than you are required to for a person like this.
