Couple days ago I posted about the fiance blowing off a meeting. (Her workout ended up being cancelled altogether and we made the meeting no problem. I made a lot of the decisions during the meeting and kept things on track, cracked some jokes overall it was fun)

As a prerequiste for our Pastor we have to take pre-marital counseling.

Yesterday I scheduled our session for Monday @ 6:00. Verbally told her in person Wed afternoon "Monday @ 6:00"

Her: "ok"

This morning before work her: "we have dinner Sat at the club with some friends"

me: yup i know. monday at 6:00 we have our meeting. smirking. (keeping it light and sarcastic)

her: giggles you're going to remind me everyday aren't you

fast forward to a few hours into work

her: hey can you reschedule that meeting I forgot I have plans with Jess, proceeds to rattle off all the days that would work for her.

Me: sent her a screenshot of the phone number to the place. (didn't reply with anything else, she can fucking reschedule)

I can't attend the meeting myself because "both couples need to be present" so that option is out the door.

She also asked me to stuff invitation envelopes last night and I told her "no". (again she's totally capable of stuffing the invites) I was reading WISNIFG at the time and hit her with the "what about me reading before bed is so wrong?" broken recorded that until she just left. she had no good reason other than "we have more important things than reading" ( you might and are capable of stuffing envelopes yourself. )

TLDR: no boundaries, no respect, am I being an asshole or is this the right way to handle it? At this point I feel like I need to verbally set the boundary (tell her) that I will not help with any wedding activities except to stand at the alter at the appointed time and consummate the fuck out of it in the evening. (all the large shit is handled now it's just little details)

Jess isn't a dude and i'll save you the "she's telling you jess but it's really chad". that's not the case.
