1.) Stop considering yourself a loser. If that’s what you think of yourself, how are other people supported to believe that you’re not? It’s a self-fulfilling prophecy. People see how you view yourself and tend to follow suit. Try to figure out what features you actually don’t like about yourself or think make you a loser and stop doing those things. It’s damaging your self esteem to live a life your not proud of.

2.) Everyone on Tinder comes off as a loser. Whether it’s accurate or not is irrelevant- online dating is generally viewed as a place people go when they don’t have a social life to meet people through. If this is embarrassing for you, nothing you post or change on your profile will make that embarrassment go away. Try meeting people in real life. Look into meet up groups that overlap with your interests, maybe, so you can chat with people who have similar interests? Try integrating into an actual social environment where people can see more of the “whole package” instead of just a few pictures and text?

Not really, no. The biggest lie is to be yourself but girls clearly don't want you, so why do you keep up with it?

Dating is like 90% lying because basically nobody is honest with themselves or has real expectations. How many chicks will say: I want an average looking husband who makes an OK salary and will be loyal to me?

Like something I’m into, lol. The best thing is to make sure you have interests that will interest women more than your looks (so for me that would be an obsession with Transformers, but for someone else might be, say, comic books, a tv show, or a movie series, music, art, cooking, etc.)
