Men face the same issues of aging in their 30s. Wrinkles, bone structure receding.

And you know what happens to many men in their 30s? Balding. A lot of men who have balding genes don't even have that show up until their 30s. And balding has a HUGE effect on SMV.

I don't buy the "women hit a wall" in their 30s either. I think the "wall" hits women in their 40s. And lot of the "wall" is self inflicted due to weight gain and other things. I've seen plenty of women who were mostly just as attractive in their 30s as their 20s. MAYBE -0.5/10 from their score from their prime but mostly not noticeably less attractive enough.

Meanwhile some men DO hit the wall in their 30s when they DO lose their hair. And its a large proportion of men.

The peak SMV for men is the same as what it is for women in my opinion. I never see men who struggle romantically in their 20s do better in their 30s unless they had plastic surgery and it was effective enough to drastically change their looks to give them a good enough SMV.
