Maybe OP will understand by an analogy: driving.

Learning to drive is hard, you have to take driving lessons, you have to give a test for your license, and when you have done it all, whenever you have to drive, you have to be careful on the road, and watch out for all the idiots. Sounds exhausting, no? Why can’t I just Uber everywhere, or take the bus or hitch with someone?

And the truth is: you can. You can go your whole life without learning to drive. But then you will have to adjust every time you go out. You have to accept any ridiculous fare Uber throws at you. You will have to wait for the bus, even if you are getting late. If you are hitching with someone, your schedule depends on their mood and whims.

So, it’s basically your choice which more exhausting thing you want.

Similarly, you can go your whole life without TRP, but you will have to get the raw deal with women. You want be the chooser, you will be the leftovers women might have.

I feel the best when I'm exhausted. Eventually you get to the point where sore muscles aren't pain. And soaking in a hot tub after getting back from a week long LRP? No absolutely not. Once you internalize it, you just do it automatically without having to think about it. Like when a girl shit tests me, I don't consciously think "Wait hmm I think this is a shit test. Red pill says that when I get shit tested I shouldn't answer directly. My options are agree &amplify...." no I just respond appropriately without even thinking.

And once you reach that point being RP is way less stressful than being bluepilled because you aren't constantly stuck in other people's frame.

You're very correct in that regard. This is why I've chosen the approach of just shotgun approaching women, and I don't really think about game that much. I do appreciate RP for warning against extreme situations that could happen and I mainly just remember not to be super beta and needy and try to romance a girl. I don't really get more nuanced then that. If a girl likes me, she likes me, if she doesn't, she doesn't. On to the next approach.
