When I say these types of communities I mean things like red pill, black pill, femcel, mgtow etc etc etc.

We're discussing things that are supposed to pertain to the population as a whole. But we are doing so from a point of view that is far more specific.

For example if the demographic that was over represented was "fat" or "ugly". Then we would be discussing these topics from the point of view of these people primarily. Someone who is ugly is far more likely to think that most people base their romantic decisions on looks. Because that is what reality is showing them.

But I don't think "ugly" or "fat" is the over represented demographic here. Or any other similar community. I actually happen to think it's "mentally ill". And I don't necessarily mean schizophrenic type of mentally ill that cannot function in a society. In fact most people here are not like that. I imagine it's more people like me. I have OCD. OCD is a very difficult thing to live with. But I can blend in with the rest of the population just fine. You're not going to see me talking to my imaginary friends in the middle of a Wal-Mart.
