Part of me is happy to read this, this guy was a drooling, mindless, pro refugee leftist parrot to the BBC. Nice to see him reap what he's sown.

On the other hand, this is basically more proof (like we needed it at this point) that the white, straight male is at this point in no uncertain terms the enemy of the West. There is a literal war against them. The left is and is continuing to dismantle any semblance of societal cohesion and culture through the demonization of the white male. They want us replaced and gone. This guy was literally fired on the grounds of being a white man. Please let that sink in. Let the gravity of that sink in.

Sadly, even as a red pill man, there is nothing you can do in the face of this but go completely MGTOW, live and work for yourself, and watch the world crumble. I couldn't agree more with OP, this is happening all over and it is ridiculous that people are still denying it. Corporate America is one of the worst offenders, I constantly see ill-prepared "diversity" candidates being hired and also promoted.

There is actual, illegal, discrimination going on in our faces and no one (save the few of us) appears to even have a problem with it.

If it wasn't for straight white males, queers wouldn't get to have their gay pride parades and might possibly face some kind of punishment for their sexuality. Straight white males are the ones who fought to pass legislation and tolerance for gays.

I go to an art and design college. In a lot of my classes, I am the only guy. Most of the guys here are gay and a lot are transgender/crossdressers. I see fliers for "women only" "queer only" "people of marginalized background only" artist submissions for shows. It's fucking ridiculous. They might as well come out and say it "No white men allowed". They don't want white men in their shows because they don't want to have to compete in style.

Do you see rappers saying "no white rappers allowed in my genre"? I'm sure there might be a few, but you don't see the top dogs like Dre telling Eminem to go fuck himself.. Or even when Macklemore cuck'd himself talking about white privilege, Drake said "Why do you feel guilt for your hard work?" (quotes not exact, but you get the picture).

Most white men don't give a shit what you do with your life as long as you obey the law and generally contribute positively in some way to society. Whether that's working 40 hours a week at Stop and Shop or being a conglomerate CEO.

All of this outrage toward white men is manufactured and based on the 1% of white men who come out and say something blatantly racist or ignorant. White men mostly just want to live in peace and quiet and their neighbors to be happy/decently satisfied with life.. Just like black men, latinos, gays, and muslims.

Not quite so. All female startups? Mostly minorities? Mixed gender? You've probably never heard of them. Two white guys in a garage resulted in Google. Twelve white guys in a room resulted in the United States of America. White men have relatively abnormal capacity for altruism as an evolved trait - when this isn't checked by mixing their group with minorities or women, the amount of momentum & force for achievement that quickly builds when multiple people are trained, capable of and biologically inclined to putting the collective above themselves quickly becomes overwhelming.

When women or minorities help only women or minorities & peacefully exclude whites or minorities, that's OK. But should white men express a preference to do much the same among themselves, that's a threat to the status quo.

I work in banking. And you know what is hilarious about banking is the crazy hypocrisy.

example: The Banking industry which is heavily regulated by congress screams constantly: "identity theft is a huge issue and one of the biggest problems that bank customers face today. We need to make the best efforts to make sure this information is kept out of the open. The Banking industry then outsources everything entry level audit to India, sending entire files of personal information to a foreign country, known to be involved with identity theft and paying the guy dirt wages .....

Another hypocrisy in this "racism" thing is also in banking. Obviously racist behavior is ignorant. but banks keep all kinds of tabs on who they lend to, where it is lent. but let's look at a loan application. there is an entire section making sure that the bank knows what race you are, then actually goes a step further into Hispanic ethnicity. What's more, if I take the application on web or by phone and you REFUSE to tell me ..... I am supposed to guess and fill out your race and ethnicity ANYWAY!!!! THAT'S RIGHT!!!! I JUST GUESS AND PUT IT DOWN!!! When it seems pretty reasonable that if you wanted equality, that you wouldn't put your race or ethnicity at all. That even a sex affirming name should be removed to ensure no sexist treatment. But nope, this rule is enforced. In some banks it is automatically assigned to a minority category to ensure numbers are met. So who is getting serviced in any equitable manner?

But it gets better. After that, you have the community reinvestment act (CRA). this is supposed to ensure that if a bank is doing business in an area (taking deposits and other higher profit activities) that they reinvest in the community with a certain quota of loans and other more low profit, community driven activities. Hey, this sounds right. Give what you get and so forth. But hold it .... the big banks ... the big boys that is .... they all press together CRA portfolios and sell them to one another.

So yes .... if bank A sells that portfolio to bank B and Bank B sells that portfolio to Bank C. Bank A, Bank B, and Bank C all can take CRA credit for that one loan. I know this article started with a comedian, so here comes the funny part. NONE OF THEM DID ANYTHING WRONG OR EVEN A LITTLE SHADY!!!!! The auditors will walk out smiling. This system is working as intended.

So there you go with the weirdness of big banking.

As for employment, I work at one of these huge banks. I have a mixture of skill sets and experience that give me a little bit of luxury that I find myself pretty secure in my position. That being said, there is a lot of diversity .... shoved at me everyday and on the sites for the company. And frankly I am all about diversity as long as the best person gets the job and we are a better and stronger team because of it. and frankly, I have always been more attracted to Asian, indian, middle eastern women than white women ..... so I can't say I don't love having them walking around everywhere. but when trying to be diverse leads to blatant racism ... it's sad. I have seen plenty of women or minorities get hired into a position of power and hiring .... only to have their entire department slowly become completely un-diverse. white woman who then hires only white women under her. An indian guy who then only hires indian guys under him. a black woman who only hires black women under them. this has become common in my industry as "diversity" continues.

I've said it before, the second someone offers me the "awesome white straight guy get anything you want" credit card ..... I'm taking it. I grew up on a farm and my parents worked their asses off to get out of a small town, get educated, move to a place where they could get better employment, make sure I could get educated and progress me into a better life than them. But I've been paying for being a straight white male for most of my life. I will take the card gladly now .... and when I see these guys going to their diversity jobs, I will honk my yacht horn when I sail by, drunk as usual.

Out of the many companies he worked, he quickly climbed the corporate ladder, and he was stopped because they were no longer looking to promote men of his demographic at the time.
