Women who are not similarly women-centered will take you for granted.

Women who do not value female friendships will take you for granted.

Since FDS, you've probably leveled up and now have fewer friends. You've blocked many male 'friends,' and maybe you aren't dating because you're focusing on yourself and your friendships.

So you center yourself and other women in your life. But most women are still drinking the Koolaid: that relationships with men are more valuable. That women will never get mad at you or abandon you. That women have lower standards than men.

I'm starting to believe that "if he wanted to, he would," could similarly be applied to your women friends. I've got a couple friends who seriously don't text me back for days at a time.

I always get back to people within 24 hours, whether by phone or text. I have been like this since my teenage years. It's RUDE to not get back to people, especially those you consider friends.

We're all glued to our phones and social media, but somehow it's "too hard" to get back to people within 24-48 hours, even to say "hey, I'll text you back later -- I'm busy with xyz right now."

I have to believe that as I get older, I'll find more women-centered female friends. Because it honestly sucks to feel like my friends don't value me as much as I value them.
