Behold the incel logic (not sure if I could use incel on the title)
I really can't understand their hate for single moms, why hate the parent who stayed!?? Imagine being this looser's mom. You sacrificed so many things to raise him as good as you could and he ends up blaming you for all his self made problems.
Can we also point out that when it's a single dad with kids everyone RUSHES to find him a new wife and no one judges him, but when it's s single mom she's called every name on the book for wanting to find someone to love again? HmM

Single moms are really strong 💪. I have respect for them
[–][deleted] 58 points59 points60 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Single Moms prove that the men see wife and children as property that's why it's stupid for them to see a property without an owner.
Incels run in savage brain so you gotta understand that they are run by hormones and impulses repressed enough to seem civilized.
If ever I end up a single mother (no disrespect but I prefer full family), and my sons ends up like that - I will kick him to the curb.
He does not need me like his father, so he can go too.

Honestly I feel like a lot of men who hate single mothers are sons of single mothers and they're taking out whatever grievences they have with their own mother's out on single mothers as a whole. It's also the resentment they feel towards their father for leaving, and for not instilling them with a sense of meaningful manhood, directed at their mothers bcs they feel the reason they don't fit in with men/masculinity is bcs their mum didn't show them how to - obvs bcs she not a man she can't teach them the ins and outs of manhood.
As a British Jamaican I see it alot in my community, a lot of men really hate their mother's - some for good reasons, icl emotional and physical abuse is really prevalent in my community it's kinda seen as part of the culture - and they take it out on all women but esp single mothers. It's also the reason why so many men are against providing or just being decent adult humans, bcs they spent their childhood being emotionally enmeshed with their mothers basically being catered to hand and foot while being treated as a surrogate husband. So now they expect women to cater to them hand and foot while also not being able to form real emotional bonds with women bcs they're already in 'relationships' with their mothers emotionally. I see it alot in my own family as well as with my friends family and just in my community in general. The same things happen to women but for some reason men just don't seem to grow past it.
Lol sorry if this was long-winded or a tangent but this topic comes up alot amongst black women who are leveling up and o thought I could offer some insight. But yh them man are deffo misguided bums :/

LVM hate single moms because they view every woman on the planet as theirs for the taking. They get mad that they weren't the one to impregnate her first.
They're envious of Chad lol.

Single fathers (excluding widowers) are detestable
If you loved your children, you wouldn't have abandoned them

And most of them do a shitty job of raising their kids. I’ve never met a single or divorced father who need how to properly cook a nutritious meal or wash a dish regularly. One used his only daughter as a selfless, agreeable, surrogate mother for his son instead of paying the (ample) money he had for a nanny.

I'm not a mom and I don't really plan to be, but this double standard always makes me rage. The praise that men get for following through on the responsibility they signed up for and the lack of criticism for being dead beats is astonishing.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
They rush to find him a new wife because he's incompetent. Most men struggle to make dinner, clean, do laundry, finances for themselves. Most can't take care of themselves, how could they be expected to take care of their own children?
[–]thadajadro0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
I really can't understand
No one is blaming you for trying to improve your life. And, most people don't even want to commit to raising the kids of a healthy relationship, so you being a single mother isn't really the issue.
find a good man
Where is the one that you had a baby with? Can you answer this without self-victimization? It shows you have poor judgment when you decide to have a permanent connection with someone whom can be so volatile. This poor decision making is the real reason why you are seen negatively.
No one is faulting you for trying to improve your life. But actions have consequences, and blame shifting onto your potential future matches is just trying to escape responsibility.
What can you do? Well, who do you want to be? Seek advice from successful single mothers, of course. What good is venting in an echo chamber?

Because when a man wants a woman to do emotional labor, sexual labor, and household labor that’s perfectly fine and normal. How can you expect one person to be breadwinner, housekeeper, cook, primary caregiver for the children, and more? When a woman wants a man to help raise her kids and maybe contribute financially that’s just awful and totally not feminist because I thought women were equal to men? Golddiggers smh

Stop running away from your kids and crying about "financial abortions" if you don't want kids raised by single moms.

It’s always about “single moms”.... not the dads who left.
And it’s always about “teen pregnancy”...... not the men who impregnated them (and I say MEN because often it isn’t other teens getting these teenagers pregnant)
They literally use their hatred of the women who stepping up for the kids in these difficult situations as a distraction for their own unaccountably.

Apparently it's "eugenics" now if women don't want to have children with a deadbeat dude 😂
[–]HengroenAndLlamreiFDS Newbie84 points85 points86 points 5 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Oh my gosh I am so tired of this eugenics crap being thrown out every time women have standards. Then the inevitable comparisons to Nazis and Hitler. The degree of false equivalency is insane.
[–]manwatheil_undomielFDS Newbie25 points26 points27 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Kind of off topic, but I had a fascinating discussion on the subject of eugenics and biopower last night in my anglo lit class. My contribution was how the eugenics of female infanticide in extreme patriarchal countries like India and China, and the government essentially turning a blind eye meant that they endorsed it, and it became an institution of society that held power over the life of its people (biopower). It was a really good discussion, and even the guys in the class agreed with my points!

I've noticed that a lot of men on reddit are super bad at analogies. They should bring back analogies on the SAT and help screen out these ppl with no logic. Or at least get them to start practicing analogies on a standardized test so they can apply them to their real lives.
They think that FDS is the "female incel group", but like, none of us are "involuntarily celibate". In fact, a lot of us have relationships/are married, and basically all of us could get a relationship at anytime. The ones who aren't in a relationship and are focused on leveling up are very much "voluntarily celibate" lmao. Their "analogy" literally does not hold.
I don't wanna call people dumb...but these men are dumb.

[–]CALL-THE-AQUARIUMFDS Newbie2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Clearly, women are Hitler. Every single one of us. But instead of killing 6 million Jews we're rejecting 6 million men 🤷🏻♀️
Same thing, right? Pretty comparable.
[–]KAT_85FDS Newbie46 points47 points48 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Well, then, Mother Nature is a eugenicist. What can I say?!
Let's be real here, eugenics is HUMAN directed selection. Being attracted to intelligent, fit, competent, emotionally stable men is just nature playing out. They go on and on about wanting fertile women in their prime. Once we find a man and partner with him, we tend to stay with him. That's more than can be said about men who want to "spread their seed" far and wide.
[–]lvioletsnowFDS Newbie14 points15 points16 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
But they deserve an underwear model because muh biology? Women want fit, healthy, attractive partners too.
I'm not even 30 and more than half the men my age and a bit younger are balding. Don't even get me started on the weak chins they're hiding behind scraggly beards.

[–]Imaginary_Bed_2572FDS Newbie1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah, eugenics when we talk mostly about those behavioural traits that are shaped rather by environment than genetics. Environment in this case includes ambition and drive to self-improvement, too.

well duh. better stay with their abusive bio dad or be single and sacrifice yourself for 20-ish years or they'll literally die
[–]Imaginary_Bed_2572FDS Newbie5 points6 points7 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Then they'll blame her when he is abusive towards the kids and cannot fathom why she did not leave earlier
[–]frustratedmarxistfemFDS Newbie13 points14 points15 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That's cause they won't say what they mean. They think women shouldn't be allowed to leave men. If he leaves her I guess she's supposed to just die.

Men: Its the womans fault for having a baby with a deadbeat loser.
Woman: has high standards for who she dates
Men: >:(

I thought it wouldn’t be hard to find a decent guy when I left my abusive ex but as a single mom men really do treat you differently, it has been impossible for me to find one. They seem to have some preconceived ideas about single mothers, like they think we will take care of them, but they don’t want to date or provide for us, they prefer us to be sugar moms. They don’t want to help raise the children, they want you alone, so you will need a babysitter, yet they don’t want to pay for the sitter. They like to believe you’re so desperate you’ll pay for everything, do whatever they say, and fawn all over them for a tiny bit of attention, as if their presence alone is so great that you would do anything to keep them there. The audacity of these guys is shocking but that’s been my experience, this is why I’m happier being single. I don’t put up with any of that shit. 😁
[–]bareasscontessaFDS Newbie33 points34 points35 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
No lies detected. This has been my experience as well. I had ONE good single dad I was seeing but our custody schedules just never allowed us to move forward.

This is why I've given up on a serious relationship until my kid is way older. I'm not going to constantly ditch the kid to be with a guy, and I'm not bringing a guy around her that I've known for a few weeks, even months

He even said he anticipates he'll revisit his single college days when COVID settles.
Truly a WOW. Let's hope he tells all his dates this, so they can stay far away. And he'll inevitably whine about child support after he has completely abandoned his three children.
I don't even have kids, and I can't imagine saying something so completely delusional.
[–]favoritesoundFDS Newbie28 points29 points30 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
They’re right. Single moms shouldn’t raise kids alone. So where the hell are the dads?
News flash. Women don’t need to orgasm or even be aroused to be knocked up. They don’t even need to fucking consent to sex. You’re gonna tell me the dude was raped to orgasm and that’s how he became a father? It happens, sure, but way less fucking common than women being raped.
Just more idiocy coming from the supposedly less “emotional” gender.

Here's a tip I have: at some point, ask the guy "how do you clean your vacuum?" This is a GREAT way to screen men for weither they have ever had to be an actual adult and have ANY sense of cleanliness and how the world works.
One guy told me "vacuums are meant to make your life easier, you don't have to clean them!" And immediately blocked him. I wasn't looking for a relationship, but not knowing that even the most basic machines need maintenance? That's rediculous.
