Use surrogate from another country, little risky but lot less expensive and zero chance of being asked for CS. At least 30% of US female population don't want children of their own and lots of dumbos who want to act as free nannies for your children

Hmm, your assumption is incorrect. I know lots of financially successful, single women making 6 figures, who are in their 30s and 40s and would love to have a family! Trust me, there are plenty of them out there. Have you been dating much? Have you approached any women recently?
