Personally I’m being cordial till everything is finalized so my response would be a simple “Thanks” . Nothing further, no status update on how you’re doing bla bla bla.

If you feel you need to feed the beast a few breadcrumbs so it doesn’t eat you before you make a clean getaway then a simple Thanks should hold it over.

You know she’s regretting her choices if she sent that. Which is good. I understand no contact, but if she can make your life hard financially, I don’t see a problem with taking the high road and giving her a polite yet very very brief response.

Until it’s over, it’s not over, so I wouldn’t give her a reason to flip out. Once the divorce is final, then do whatever. My 2 cents.

Only my answer is in part dependent on if you have kids.

If not "thanks" is fine

If so, "you too"

The first is cordial the second is friendly and hopefully accurate.

3 reasons:

no point in antagonizing someone you're in contract negotiations with
if you have kids, you should want your kid to spend time with 2 parents that are not quarreling but cooperating.
If you have kids, you don't want them to be spending their time in a house with a parent who isn't doing well

I would go with no contact. She's fishing. Either to branch back or to throw a curb ball. A hangover in family court is interpreted as a alcohol problem. Down the road if she asks about it and you cant get out of it say I must have missed it.
