he believes that women have done nothing to contribute to humanity or the sciences and gets extremely defensive or aggressive when you try to tell him otherwise or will constantly change the goal post when you start to talk about current achievements made by women in STEM.
is under the impression that you have a secret desire to be a homemaker/stay at home mom despite your career ambitions because he believes that this is all women are good for, and thus, this is all we aspire to do with ourselves.
He will also scoff at your career choices or roles and refer to them as "cute" even if you have a whole profession. Not shitting on blue-collar jobs, but I've come across many RP men that like to look down on what they consider "pansy" office jobs (aka anything that isn't STEM) while working blue-collar jobs that require 0 to no education. Oh, and don't you dare earn more than they do working these jobs, they'll have a full-blown meltdown.
Has a fixation with masculinity, to the point where he's defensive about it. He likes to constantly look down on "inferior" men and say things about them like "that guy needs to put some bass in his voice". He is obsessed with appearing as manly as possible at all times, even though he's most likely unstable emotionally & extremely insecure (which is what drove him to RP in the first place).
A long history of dating crazy women who aren't really doing much with their lives. Who knew, a dating strategy that seems to work exclusively with hot, insecure women leads to such relationships.

EDIT: i was wrong (most people dislike feminism) .... but now I'm the top comment so I'd better come up with something so... ask him "what do women want". Because that's really what TRP is, an insight on female though so... yeah. That's perfect.

If you’re a woman and disclose to a man that you’ve been sexually assaulted by another man, instead of being a good person/friend/partner/family member whoever they are to you, and seeing that said woman clearly trusted said man to share something so vulnerable, said man will be chomping at the bit to bring up “false accusations.” He’ll take some kind of personal offense to something that didn’t even happen to him (said woman’s rape.) He’ll also most likely be offended if you talk about male violence and try to justify it by blaming male violence on women somehow.

Overall, the advice here is good, so i'm not gonna mention that. As an Ex RP i don't blame you for not wanting to date Ex RP, i understand that, and frankly it doesn't really bother me. People have the right to avoid those they perceive as having baggage, i guess. But to talk about "Avoiding Ex RP" in such a condescending way as if we have the plague or some shit isn't really welcome here. You're in a sub aimed at helping people to detox from that shit, coming here and talking about them "Ex RP" right in our face as if we were eternally damaged goods is kinda lame. People already feel bad enough about having engaged on TRP and whish they could forget that chapters of their lifes.

You notice he suddenly has very rigid ideas about what men and women are supposed to be like, respectively, and he becomes extremely hostile, even angry at people who deviate from his rigidly delineated norms of masculinity or femininity.

He whines about how society hates boys and men and how boys are being abused and downtrodden in school in favour of girls, and how men are facing discrimination and sexism, but at the same time he doesn't do anything to promote the acceptance of more flexible gender norms for men, and in fact, actively espouses stricter more rigid gender norms for men. (Ie Coach Red Pill, for instance, denies that the reason more men are in teaching or nursing is because of gender discrimination against men, but simply because men supposedly want 'masculine' professions) They dismiss female-dominated professions such as teaching as 'not a real job'. That Better Bachelor fellow was whining about how women have it so good that they have the privilege of choosing 'feel good' jobs such as teaching while guys don't have a choice but to choose 'hard' jobs such as business, law and medicine, because they are supposed to be the 'providers'. Um, I'm a male teacher - am I not a real man in these Red Pill men's view? Yet even though I'm not a 'stable hardworking provider' type of man, why is it I've never had a problem getting a girlfriend, unlike these 'stable steady eddy provider' red pill fellows?

He also often belittles women's accomplishments. I've seen videos of Greg Adams saying that 'career women' are in fact poor minimum wage earners who bag groceries and do simple desk jobs. He is aggressively in denial that women can actually achieve anything on their own merit.

And the most telltale sign is that he always vehemently denies he is misogynistic. Stefan Molyneux and Gonzalo Lira even go so far as to say that the REAL misogynists are blue pill men. They use sophistry such as, "We love women so we tell them what they need to hear - not what they want to hear." But Lira HATES women - go to the video 'A Warning to Women Part II - he himself said that you could be as profound as the Buddha and nobody gives a shit about you as a person if you're a woman - they only care that you're young and pretty, and fertile. Is that not the textbook definition of misogyny? So men are people, and women are... Fertility objects?

Talks about spinning plates, Jordan Peterson, is super into weightlifting while when they were younger they were more of a nerdy type, says men he perceived as inferior are “beta” or “simps,” calls girls “chicks” and/or “hoes,” is a finance or business major, watches Alpha M, quotes Fight Club, is very particular about his diet, doesn’t care about politics.

This is a huge list; obviously not every redpiller fits all of these, they’re just characteristics of redpill types that I’ve noticed online and irl (though I’ve never actually heard someone say “the red pill”).

has no female friends
isn't interested in media created by women
isn't interested in a single thing or activity stereotypically associated with women
is anti-feminist
either disrespects women or puts them on a pedestal
looks down on people who don't adhere to gender roles
uses pick up artist strategies

They send screenshots of women complaining about women issues and say "How come she doesn't talk about male issues?"

He thinks inviting you into his hot tub and trying to take off your bathing suit is a date and if you complain that he was disrespectful he goes "Then maybe don't put yourself in a sexual position and I won't expect sex?"

Then when you tell him he was the one to keep begging for the hot tub scenario and you decided to throw him a bone because he used to be super cool before he got brainwashed, he blames you for being a stripper. "You only think I'm disrespectful because you strip. I feel bad for you." Huh?

As if strippers don't deserve chivalry lol. Yeah it's all in my head I guess.

Then when you call him out again on being a jerk, he tells you he took screenshots of all your business and will spread it around. Ahhhh he's such an alpha.

But seriously, they like to put in tiny amount of effort to see you or get to know you because they "don't wanna text too much and be friend zoned." These guys are overthinking it and will get no where. Meanwhile the guy who talked to me for hours a day for months and was always there for me even tho i "friend zoned him", well, guess who is choking on his **** every morning now?
