Age is an important marker of let's call it "market value" in manopshere language.

If you think that you as a 40 year old have a chance with the average 25 year old woman just because you are fit and have a full head of hear and you have amazing "game" and you're sexually experienced, you're going to be in for a rude awakening. The 25 year old woman will always choose a man of her age or a 30 year old guy who isn't hideous and who has basic social skills, no matter if he is bald or not.

There's this hyper focus in our society to look young and on appearance in general. The problem with this is that it doesn't really change who you are underneath. You might be 40 and look younger than the 30 year old person (although unlikely) but you're still 40. 10 years older, ten years less testosterone, ten years older organs, ten years closer to death. It doesn't c hange at all who you are underneath.

I would suggest men and women to be aware of this. Not just in terms of "market value" but in terms of the value of time.
