In agree with everything but the mental disorder/depression bit. I have a mental disorder, ADHD, I have a learning disorder which is also a mental disorder. I suffer from bouts of depression, but I am a Queen and I am worth my salt. So if I can battle these things and still be worth my weight in gold then I have to believe that men who have their disorders under control (everyone looses a handle on it sometimes thats the nature of the mental disorder beast) can also be worth their weight in gold. I dont think mental illness should be a point of exclusion. Just my opinion.

Has friends??? Lol. Both my ex-husband and ex-boyfriend (post-marriage) didn’t have friends. Well, the ex-BF had his video game buddies but they don’t really count because they weren’t local and never met IRL.

I also want to add that a receding hairline isn’t really his fault. I’m in my 40’s and I’m lucky if I can find a guy with a full head of hair. It’s not exactly a personally trait or something they can control.

Had an ex I met OLD back in the day (not going back to that!!) that took pride in "being fit". Apparently this just meant he could run.....and that was it. He was a bean pole and hardly ate anything (took pride in that too). FOR THE LIFE OF ME I can't believe I got emotionally attached to that guy. I was physically and mentally stronger in so many ways. I think he was the last of the pickme conditioning working itself out. The part that conditions women to be date men we're not attracted to to 'give them a chance'. I vividly remember meeting him for the first time and thinking 'I could snap this guy like a twig'. But of course I 'had to give him a chance!!'. THEN I got attached like I always do.....OR used to. NOW? Now I just am so turned off by lack of fitness and self-awareness. And block & delete to protect myself from this nonsense. Thank the lord.

It goes without saying that a LVM who is active in all of those activities listed because he is not mentally well. A man who isn't working on his mental health will gravitate toward anything that gives him a quick dopamine release. What's sad about that is the things they seek out for dopamine will eventually be unable to provide them with it. They are addicted to chasing dopamine because they refuse to work on their mental health. This is true for anyone no matter their gender
