As a 6’ woman with a lot of muscle and strength, I much appreciate that. So many family members and friends make the comment that I can’t wear heels with a guy because they’ll be shorter or whatever. Or men won’t want to go out with me because I’m so large and “it’ll be weird to have to stretch to kiss you.”

I’m large and in charge, and scripture of Lizzo taught me that any size is gorgeous.

I'm 5'11" and REFUSED to date anyone who wouldn't let me wear heels. Now I'm dating a guy shorter than me who loves when I wear heels (not in a weird giantess fetish way but that is a whole other thing).

When I married my husband, the photographer tried to make my husband stand on something to appear taller than me. I am 6', so is my husband, but I wore heels that day (everyone told me not to, but who are they anyways?!) so I was taller. My husband literally told the photographer to not try to pull shit like this anymore, because he isn't ashamed that his wife is tall. There were so many people who were throwing shade after seeing our wedding photos, I just laughed in their face. I am not ashamed of being myself anymore. That's something 16-year-old me would do, but not 28-year-old me.

As a 6ft 200lb woman - absolutely yes to this! I spent so much wasted time with an ex who never let me wear heels and always tried to make me diet (I already eat relatively healthy and exercise) it’s taken a lot of time for me to become comfortable in my own skin, and any man who doesn’t accept that is no good to me, or any other woman!

I was starving myself, depriving myself, so I could take up less space in the world in hope that this would make me worthy of being a big part of someone else's world.
That being small would get me love.

I got so tiny all my friends and family worried, the man I was seeing told me I was too fat to take out in public. And he was properly overweight.

I have bad posture I've been working on from being made to feel bad/made run of for (a) being tall and (b) having boobs. I'm not even that tall (174cm or 5'8"?), but comparative to the women in my family, I'm a "giant".

Had an ex who was the exact same height and told me he didn't like me wearing heels because he felt emasculated, so I stopped. Fuck if I let a guy ever again tell me to not wear something again due to his insecurities.
