Their goal isn't to just stick their dick in you. It's a game. They want to be able to stick their dick in you for as cheaply as possible. If they get you to pay for part of their meal or their whole meal, they score extra bonus points, because it's almost like you're paying them to dick you down and humiliate you. Imagine the ego boost.

And to play on a more difficult setting, they also wish to insult, humiliate, and degrade you as much as they can, and see how low they can push you and still get you to open your legs to them. This is why I always took cash on dates. So if he tried this, I could give him the exact amount I ate in cash. And I’d directly hand the server my cash tip so he didn’t pocket it and put it towards his meal.
