Facts. I’ve witnessed far too many so called, men explode into rages that would be fit for toddler, after being told “the truth”.

It’s funny, oftentimes they use that excuse after they’ve been caught in a repeated lie.

“No, I couldn’t have been upfront about my nonstop cheating, when you confronted me about it. You bring it up all the time! You’re obsessed! How could I tell you the truth when you’re soooo insecure???”

And it’s not even the truth usually — it’s usually a distortion given to the victim to emotionally suckerpunch her so she believes his gaslighting. And low value narcissistic and/or psychopathic men choose how to tell this distorted “truth” and how to deliver it - often in the most callous, cruel manner designed to browbeat their victims into submission. No normal, healthy and empathic person can take such cruelty without protesting its brutal injustice. Most of the time it is not even the truth, just a fabrication and distortion filled with malignant projections and put downs used to mischaracterize the woman they’re victimizing so she thinks she is at fault for his abhorrent behavior when she finally holds him accountable.

And as the other comments noted, when women give these low value men even a grain of the actual truth about their unacceptable actions, they rage like a toddler in the midst of a tantrum.

That's why certain men don't tell the truth and lie about really game changing facts. They know women will respond accordingly and usually results in having to walk away from them.

Sometimes I see men say this in reference to what they perceive to be "the real world." As if I been sheltered so much that I have avoided rape, assault, bullying, verbal abuse, hard labor, monthly bleeding, stalking... Just because they enjoy swimming in the filth of extreme violence and porn and sport doesn't mean my reality isn't often grim at times. Women know how the world is, we just have the ability to be whimsical, corny and sweet despite the way the world has treated us. We pamper ourselves or spend time with other women- things that can help stave off the cynicism.

Man I have full respect for people who are very open for communication. Life fucks us all all the time but if you’re able to properly communicate and talk about what you feel and why things are the way they are. Women are able to handle it.

What we don’t like is half truths, lies and gaslighting.

This is so true it hurts. When a woman asks a man "Why did you lie to me?" you damn well better believe that the truth is always "because I knew you'd be angry and would stop letting me fuck you"

They are admitting to sexual coercion. They want to do what they want and still want access to your body, your standards and emotions be damned.
