Personally, I think the black community has been a guinnea pig for a lot of the shit we're seeing go down. There's a direct parallel between the black (ADOS) community of the 60s-80's and the rural white community from the 00's-present. Crack/opioid epidemic, systemic targeting of fatherhood, the state becoming more involved in children's lives, etc (I made a really long post going over the details a long time ago, but I'm a bit too high right now to go fetch it).
It's my belief that these attacks were perfected within the black community, and are now being employed against rural/suburban whites. MGTOW has become the natural reaction to that, and I think that MGTOW is a symptom of a genocide.

Overpopulation is a myth. Urbanized areas are only congested because of the imbalance between travel demand and the transport system supply that's currently in place. If people were to spread out over a larger given area and more investment was made into infrastructure, that congestion would go back into decline. Nobody wants to do that though cause the return on the level of investment right now just isn't seen as profitable.

There was a case a few years ago in Canada where a man was forced to pay more than he made in child support and alimony to his worthless ex wife.

It was another horrifying case. Guy was paying child support for 4 kids (teenage). He "gave" his wife complete title to a $1.2M waterfront house (probably now worth significantly more) as a lump sum payment for alimony (I think there was about $600k worth of equity in the house and in Canada, that's tax free).
Fast forward a few years and she's mortgaged and taken on debt to the point of bankruptcy. Drags the guy back to court claiming she "didn't understand" what she signed (despite her lawyer being there advising her). Judge agrees, awards her lifetime spousal support AND makes it retroactive. Equaled 97% of the guy's take home income.
He noped right out of the country. The articles written made him sound like a huge piece of shit without questioning if the ruling was even slightly sort of fair.

Ya know, that's an interesting thought. But I was thinking that, although it might seem that's what they are doing it might just be even more devious than that. They know people are never going to stop trying to find love and relationships and having kids because it's a biological human drive/imperative. One issue that people aren't mentioning is that apparently in public they did use his last name for her. That is a MAJOR no-no in a country that has common law marriage.
There were a few other issues like this.
However, I agree that this is a pretty disturbing case. The real issue is that the case didn't set any firm rules, and blurred rules that used to be better understood.
I would be VERY careful about paying for the expenses/etc of a woman you're in a long-term relationship with if you're in Canada, even if they don't live with you. I wouldn't even pay for a vacation.
And of course, if you aren't paying the bills, why would a woman want to be with you in such a relationship anyway?

The decision comes in the case of Lisa Climans and Michael Latner, both of Toronto, who began a romantic relationship after meeting in October 2001. At the time, she was 38 and separated with two children, court records show. He was 46 and divorced with three children.
Although they maintained their separate homes, Latner and Climans behaved as a couple both privately and publicly. They vacationed together. He gave her a 7.5-carat diamond ring and other jewelry that she wore. She quit her job and would regularly sleep at his house. They travelled together and talked about living together.
Latner proposed several times and Climans accepted. He often referred to her by his last name. However, he insisted she sign a marriage contract and came up with several drafts. She refused. Throughout their relationship, the two kept separate bank accounts and never owned property in common. Nevertheless, Latner gave Climans thousands of dollars every month, a credit card, paid off her mortgage and showered her with expensive gifts. He provided her and her children with a "lavish lifestyle," the court found.
In her decision in February 2019, Superior Court Justice Sharon Shore sided with Climans. She ruled they were in fact long-time spouses, finding that despite their separate home, they lived under one roof at Latner's cottage for part of the summer, and during winter vacations in Florida. Shore ordered him to pay her $53,077 monthly indefinitely. Latner appealed.
The higher court leaned heavily on Shore's analysis, finding she was right to conclude cohabitation can occur even when the parties stay together intermittently.
The Appeal Court did find Shore had made an error in deciding how long Latner would have to pay Climans support based on when they first began cohabiting. While Shore had found that to be almost from the get-go, the higher court said it wasn't earlier than their first stay together at his cottage, meaning they didn't reach the threshold for indefinite payments.
So he now has to pay her $600K for ten years, $6M, while she has no obligations to him whatsoever and mooched off him for 14 years post wall.
Moral: don't start paying for the woman or let her live under any of your roofs. And when the woman refuses to sign a prenup, thats a bad omen and he should have realized he was being used.
