I think it's that way in any situation generally. I'd always see online or hear of a guy beating on another guy when he walks in on the act, despite the fact it takes two people to cheat and it could actually be more reasonable to think the other guy has no idea.

It's just how stupid society is... Deep down I feel like a lot of people in it don't think women have the capacity to think for themselves. So the aspect of some esteemed guy falling for the unhappy HR chick seems like some normal disney fantasy to them. We often seem to gloss over the fact that quite a few of these child predator teachers are married too... It's a serious case of have your cake and eat it too. Let's hope her husband isn't a doormat and drops her. Same for his wife.

The divorce laws in this country are completely broken. The only reason people get married is because men still do not fully understand how bad it is for them to be married plus may may be the ego at that stage helps ( oh this will never be me) type of ego. I do not know how come there is not a movement to advocate for improvement of family law/ divorce laws in this country.

His reaction was more exaggerated, she covered her face, he practically dove out of frame so initial assumptions where he was cheating she was just ashamed of being a homewrecker not cheating on her own spouse. The first person thought to be Kristen Cabot's husband was her ex who already divorced a few years ago. Kristen Cabot's current husband also has not responded to it to really confirm if it was an affair on her end or if they have an open arrangement, he has had multiple prior divorces and he didn't change the last name on his socials and delete them in response like Andy Byron's wife did. So it is clear Andy was cheating on his wife, it was not entirely clear if Kristen was cheating on her husband or in an open relationship and the homewrecker in his affair.

But mostly because Google is sexist, if you look up Coldplay affair without searching for the woman by name you'll only get results focused on the guy so that is what everyone is seeing.

Because in essence he (the CEO) is her boss as she is part of the executive team that reports to him. It is usually against corporate policy for someone (male or female) to date someone who reports to them or holds a lower position in the organisation. This is for many reasons not the least of which is that the more senior person has influence over their subordinates career.

On a personal note they are both equally to blame for cheating on their spouses.

You can claim that someone shouldn't get involved with a married person and I would agree, but the married person bears primary responsibility to say "thank you but no, I'm married."
