The information age has brought a permanent change to the sexual marketplace. For the first time in history men have not only heard about the sexcapades of men in their social circle but from a huge number of men and, crucially, a large number of women - via the Internet.

The amount of information out there now means it's easier than ever to draw conclusions about how one is doing relative to the average guy. It's pretty obvious to any observer that a huge number of women like to party, indulge in drink, drugs and casual sex.

They can know if they are missing out.

Also for the first time, men have access to a crowd source of information about how to get women to like them. No longer is it the bailiwick of shitty men's magazines, late night television shows or terrible advice from relatives. Instead, a plan has formed. A codified source of curated hints and tips has appeared and, for those who are smart and committed enough to pursue the bits they agree with and ignore the bits the don't, it reportedly works.

You cannot put the genie back in the bottle. The truth is out there. Even the most blinkered guy in the world will start to question things eventually if he feels like things arent going his way. They will find their way somewhere and something will always be there to meet that need.

Whether that looks exactly the same I don't know but it's fair to assume that it's going to consistent of largely the same type of guys giving largely the same type of advice. That might well include misogyny or broscience.

There will always be a red pill or something like it.
