I have a coworker who is was really touchy with me at team building parties, she was tipsy and would come at me and squeeze my hips, brush her hand against the waistline of my jeans, touch my chest and lean onto me. At one event we danced and she'd pull me up so close she'd make a full front body press onto me, like at the pelvis and boob level. On the other hand she would look like she was hyper-aware of harassment and complained to me about men who were inappropriate with her by "demonstrating" the touches they did to her on me. Of course she did everything under the title of being a "bubbly spontaneous theater kid" and denied she was ever suggestive and that I was "imagining it" - so I flipped the script on her and asked "so if I touch Jessica the way you did me, do you think I'd get away by calling it friendly behavior at HR?" - she became visibly agitated, like angry at me, somehow admitted she did it because apparently "she couldn't help herself" (whatever that means) and ran out of her own apartment, the most bizarre part was that she is 40 years old.
